Okay
There was no stimulation in terms of learn new things. Management just kept me in one spot and all wanted was learn and grow my skill. But the one thing I liked is that it was family based and the people around became my little family. I just wished that there was more on the table in terms of growth and development.
Proswe got lunch twice a week for just R 5

Retail
I don't see my self working in retail ever again the experience was not phenomenal we had long working hours and small salary. I learned that team work is essential in order to meet the works demands which I enjoyed most, They were all friendly and kind i can not complain much the hardest part was the part when we have to unpack the items with no rest.

Jam clothing is clothing retail which sell any type of clothes with a affordable prices.
As employee of JAM Clothing I can say it is a good company for the entry level workers to get the experience. The Company working culture is fair enough, as it is included all work regulations.

Productive and fun workplace
Productive and fun workplace. Relatively long working hours with a fair period of lunch break. Low salaries. No job security as staff members could be retrenched at any given time. Great store-level management.

Retail is the best to learn about the working environment
Gained A lot of experience. Retail has helped me to engage with customers and inherit good work ethics. I have learned how to work as a team. I have learned a lot.
