Well balanced, Productive and fun workplace
It is a challenging yet fun retail environment always meeting new people and making sure their needs are met. I learnt a lot of knowledge and skills from sales, managing and training staff, building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and customers to managing every aspect of a franchise retail store. The retail business entails of long working hours usually six days a week, because of this the workplace culture is something that really stuck with me. The staff that worked under me and my work colleagues were like family to me.We were always team and each team member played his/her role to make the business run fluently. The most challenging part of the job was making sure that every customer got the excellent service that we promised to them. When complaints arose it was in the best possible manner to solve and make it right for that customer in a short period of time. Most of the time it was all fun times selling customers products and services knowing they walking out of that shop with a smile. Also ensuring that targets are met so that incentive and commission bonuses are obtained.
