Busy and challenging
Cell c is a busy challenging and yet fund workplace , I have learned how to deal with customers , especially irate customers.The hardest part of the job was dealing with bill dispute yet it was a challenge as i have gained how to overcome the challenge.
Its a fast paced organisation and you need to be able to handle the pressure becuase most of the clients are Irate and always angry as it is a network environment.
Typical month end billing quesries
The work would be too much dealing with different people but team work was the best as the team had comedians and would joke whenever there was a chance to revive your spirits. The team Leader wasn't harsh and always guide you.

Very busy. The support is there and the people are good to work with
It's a very comfortable workplace. The staff is welcoming. The training is on point and understandable. The call queue is very busy but its good as it keeps us on focused.
ProsThe placement agency is available anytime and there is frequent communication with them.
ConsThe salary does not increase.
Working at Cellc was great,having to speak to people on a daily basis was fantastic.Assisting people is what i love the most,even though some people would call just to prank and waste the companies time

A typical day at work was just taking customer billing queries, and advising them of CellC's products and services.The management team is always there when we needed their experties when we stumbled upon difficult tasks as callcentre agents , hence why we were able to meet our targets.co-workers allways made sure that they guide the new recriuts and get them up to speed.The hardest but achievable part of my job was breaking down a billing quiries especially when a customer disputes billing, but it had to be had and i was tasked for the job so i did it.But the part that i enjoyed the most was knowing that i helped every single caller that i spoke whith , coz that was what i was paid for.
