Learned how to work with people from different background. the hardest part of the job is getting home after the late shift since the are no taxis to get home.

Productive and experiencial
Working at cellc is quite a productive experience as I have gained more knowledge and how to deal with customers. It has taught me a lot and feel that what I have learnt will also help me in future. I have gained so much experience and discipline

Long hours, draining
>Answer incoming calls (customer care) - attempt to resolve customer's queries (following the process) in best way possible and providing best service to customers , keeping them happy. >I learned to work and deal with different kind of people (from co workers to customers) > Learnt to use different strategies to connect with customers >times are not the same, not all customer's are happy customer - but i ought to stay positive and meet customer's needs at all times. >Great management and supporting and understanding team leaders though with different leadership skills >Co workers- not all of them are friendly and helpful, just got to accept each person for who they are, learn to live and deal with different people >Hardest part of the Job are the irate customers (unhappy people), of which some are caused by our own co workers eg: giving incorrect info resulting to customer's expectations not met. >most enjoyable part of the job: having retained a customer, changing irate customer to a happy customer. Knowing that you've assisted to the best of your ability and resolved someones issue and knowing that you've made someone smile.

what i love doing
i love working with people and having a challenge to keep me going through my day at the work place , i am in the cost centre industry now but before this i was in stock controlling which i still love very much , there is nothing to difficult for me .

its a very busy environment and vwery stressfull i learnt alot as in how to work under pressure and also manage my working conditions. its hard but ive learnt alot i am a fast learner. only there is no growth as i am working through an agency.

if transport was not an issue then the job was going to be fine
The training for the job was cut short due to stuff shortage and then ended up having to start the job ealier that anticipated and not all the job tranining was not covered properly. the job was shift work so you could start work at 14:00 to 23:00 and since I reside in midrand transport was a big problem. That was my also my reason for leaving the job because of transport.
