State of the art facilities
The management approachable, working hours are flexible, the workplace is spacious and organized and there is also extra curricular activities like sporting events and campus parties but career growth is limited in my department and a great inequality in remuneration.
ProsFlexible hours

Cell C
A working day at Cell C is never the same from day to day. Each day brings its own challenges and you will never get bored. I have learned to work under pressure and have learned to work with people from all walks of life. Management has assisted me in achieving the work ethic of always trying my best to excel in all spheres of my career. We have a very hard working but fun loving culture at Cell C as most of the staff here has been working for the company for many years. The hardest part of my job is having constraints that does not enable me to do my job. The most enjoyable part of my job is working with people internally as well as externally.
Proscompany benefits
ConsHaving to juggle 4 responsibilities and trying to excel with all of them

Equivalent Positives and Negatives
The work was/is generally conducive except for old employee low morale as a result of previous series of employee restructuring and downsizing. The environment is suited for individuals who prefer contractual work instead of permanent as there is more of the former. The effect of restructuring has resulted to there being no solid and unified processes between departments in terms of information sharing and network architecture updates. The hours are very structured perfectly as compared to other companies and very conducive for someone who wants to upgrade his education even have a side business.
ProsSuperb Structured Working Hours
ConsEmployee Morale
