fun place to work at enviroment
great enviroment and team is always vibey and has new ideas to make the office fun place to work at. The celebrations when your team has reached the targets kept us pushing extra hours without even complaining because we knew we will be smilling all the way to the bank afterwards

the department im currently at, is based on a service level that needs to be meet and that makes us word more efficient, and i have learned that working as a team we can achieve a good service level.our team leaders and managers are always around us to offer assistance and also they are willing to listen, its not only work or meeting targets but also they take care of our well being. i have a great team where we understand that we play harder however understanding that we need to work much as harder to maintain good service level. 1st day of the month is usaully very busy than any other day, and that requires more team work.i enjoy my current position because of the management takes time to engage with us, we have team buildings, meeting to discuss our challenges and discuss ways to improve the service we give to customers.
Prosmonthly concerts, birthday day off, incentives
Consextra hours, sometimes working on weekends

productive and fun workplace
well this work was very tiring and exhausting.but all i can say it was fun because we used to work as partners and all i had learned was a better communication and interacting with clients.our mangement was not professional though ,whilst workplace culture was meeting the deadlines asap.the hardest part i the job was meeting the target that is required by the managenent.the delightful part was when you get reward for being the top agent who made so much sales
Prosrewards for exceeding the actual target
Consunlimited hours

its a good environment with colleaques that makes it more present for me
typical day at work i answer calls talk with friendly and irate customers which we become firm with them but not rude, you always come across new challenges everyday but do cope with.ive learnt lots of things with Cell C which has helped me to groom myself and to work under pressure. I am goal orientated and self motivated person, I have great interpersonal skills and work well with others.I take direction well. I have strong customer services ethos. I am able to maintain professionalism at all times. and I also travel when needed.with my managemt i never had a problem excepts hi-cups that the company has which can not fullfill everyones co-workers best to work with.if possible i was going to take them wherever i go period no doubts about shifts are ackward to woek for,so strenous but still managed i work flexible hrs day in and out.Cell C custmers are also fun not all of them obviously but either way we manage to conclude the query.
