Vacation work was a different experience not fully related to what i studied. Workplace had a positive vibe with highly educated people where one can learn a lot from.

Productive, fun and friendly
I start my day at work with a cup of coffee. Then I look to see what must be done first and I start doing it. I then make sure that all my work gets done and if someone needs assistance in something that is a lot of work I go to help them. I learnt that not all people will like you but you are not at work for people to always like you. We consider all the people we work with and we work together as a team when needed. The most enjoyable part of my job was when I had a deadline and I completed more than was required by the time I had to be done. And doing things as a team.
Proswe had team lunches, we celebrated heritage day dressing up us our co workers heritage

Fun but stationary
Receiving inbound calls and capturing customer information. Learned a lot about the cellphone networks and how they operate. Management wasn't so great, there wasn't growth. The hardest part of the job was explaining to customers about changes that haven't been implied as yet. Most enjoyable part of the job was dealing with different customers.

It is a nice company to work for as it believes in growing the staff. The company offers nice benefits and cares for its staff’s wellness. The salary is nice, especilly because it required no educational qualifications and your attitude is the one that determines your growth.
