Crazy, fun work environment
I love what im doing because I do different things at different times. As soon as I get to the office i start living, the people around me make the environment a conducive one. I've learnt a lot and I keep learning new things every day. Changes are made almost all the time and I always go with the flow because being in the Telecoms industry new things come always and we need to be on point with everything we are doing as a Company. We've just restructured our management and it's too early to say what's happening but as Company we're doing well and that basically means that we have great leaders who are willing to nature our company, steering it at the right direction. Have no major challenges in my position besides making sure that I organize myself and do things according to schedule. The people around me make my work much more easier.I love my company because it's the people that make it what it is.

Typical month end billing quesries
The work would be too much dealing with different people but team work was the best as the team had comedians and would joke whenever there was a chance to revive your spirits. The team Leader wasn't harsh and always guide you.

Productive and fun workplace
Challenging and very productive, maintained position on South African social baker platform and on Hello Peter website. We were the team that responded in the quickest manner on social networks as well as on our queries we received from customers.
ProsFree lunches, happy hours

Productive and fun
Cell C is a stable company which is very current and has a felt presence in the industry, with one of the fastest growing networks in the continent and also very stable network which is constantly being improved. From operations side it was great working with a understanding team that usually collaborated to source solutions even outside of their scope work. The hours were long especially after large numbers of people were retrenched, most engineers were over-worked without increase in compensation and moral dropped significantly and competition increased for job positions. Management changed and along with that came both pros and cons, some of the these matters could not be ignored as it got to a level were because of the stiff competition within company, egos came into play and it become more about personalities than work. As an institution Cell C is a great company.

Challenging work environment
Planning year ahead and sticking to due dates, co-ordinating, contacting vendors, Making events happen. I've learned alot about the corporate world and how different cultures influence staff's behaviour and thinking about certain things. I enjoyed making staff happy and making them enjoy feeling healthy and enjoy their work.
Prossitting in hr where it all happens!
Consmaking things work on very tight budget

The experience at Cell C is tremendous and you wouldn't feel like you are at work its more like home.
-I start my day at 07:30 and leave at 16:30 five days a week. -I have worked with people who are in high possessions and i have learned so much from them, the experience is great and the co-workers are so willing to help in every way possible. -The hardest part of the job it was the few days after i arrived at Cell C I had to work as a team member, had to help team members individually and having to work with a lot of people but after few days later i adapted to the environment and learned so much quickly. -I enjoyed every moment at Cell C.
ProsWhen there are meetings they'll always be food left, and i would not have to go to the Canteen and buy food.
ConsWhen i arrive late at work, i would knock off late so that is why i always try to be as early as i can.
