Crazy, fun work environment
I love what im doing because I do different things at different times. As soon as I get to the office i start living, the people around me make the environment a conducive one. I've learnt a lot and I keep learning new things every day. Changes are made almost all the time and I always go with the flow because being in the Telecoms industry new things come always and we need to be on point with everything we are doing as a Company. We've just restructured our management and it's too early to say what's happening but as Company we're doing well and that basically means that we have great leaders who are willing to nature our company, steering it at the right direction. Have no major challenges in my position besides making sure that I organize myself and do things according to schedule. The people around me make my work much more easier.I love my company because it's the people that make it what it is.

Typical month end billing quesries
The work would be too much dealing with different people but team work was the best as the team had comedians and would joke whenever there was a chance to revive your spirits. The team Leader wasn't harsh and always guide you.

Operational
Mostly there is no No work day as i'm working in the Operation sector ,having to do 24 Hour surveillance on the network performance provide solution where Capacity and quality improvement is needed. Must have inter communication skills as you mostly required to liaise with other departments for information required in order to solve internal or external issues especially where customers and vendors are involved. The hardest part of the job is when you require a solution to a problem when is needed from the management position and you are suppose to deliver before end of bussiness day only to find that the systems used are crushing or support is out of reach at that time mails are piling up and phones ringing non stop ,then you'll know that is the worst part of your work when temperature rises and your heart beats closer to death. the most enjoyable part of my job is when customers are happy and network performance reaches acceptable threshold then you'll know bonus is on the way and your hard work is recognized by delivering the utmost best.
Prosno free lunches
Conshaving to work long hours mostlty when there is a major network changes during the night

Latest technological advances/equipment
Very vibrant, young and enthusiastic individuals who often made the work place fun. Being a start up company most policies and procedures were made up as the job required. This often lead to many trial and error situation resulting in time wasting
ProsModern work environment
ConsLong hours
