Overall Reviews at CCi
Nice workplace environment and values
It was quite good working at this company because I learnt a lot about the corporate environment . I also learnt how to work under pressure and also being willing to help fellow employees and having a positive mindset .
Its a paycheck
This is a great place to work for a pay check. Guaranteed overtime.
This job made a lot of promises to me that were not met. When i asked about these promises, i was told a different excuse every time. the company itself does not treat their employees equally and when an employee is unhappy they get fired over speaking the truth.
Horrible morale issues and bad compensation
Horrible morale issues and bad compensation. Micromanagement is a huge problem, and advancement is highly unlikely unless you are EXTREMELY POLITICAL. Even then, there are no guarantees for advancements.
Did not the like the job
I did not like the job because they did not value their employees and that is why I have to leave. I don't think I will ever work for the company again, I hope they do start to value their employees
Overall just not a good company to work for
The pay is always messed up, and it's majorly unorganized... the heads and lead aren't all on the same accord...
Fun and energetic place to work
From the beginning of the interview process and testing, this company has been dedicated to work quickly and professionally. They have always been dedicated to give a prompt response and work with you the best that they can. A typical day with this company would include inbound calls that assisted customers with different issues ranging from all sorts of electronic components and services. I have learned a lot of the inner workings of many devices that we work with and what they can do, as well as the limitations that they have. The management was always very friendly and helpful to find the correct answer as fast as they could, or would at least let you know that they were still working on finding the answer. Our co-workers were a good mixture of wild and crazy to those that travel only on the straight and narrow. It was a good mix where each of us were respected each other. The hardest part of the job was handling people that would receive news that they did not want to hear. The most enjoyable part was knowing that the device started working when they were convinced that it was broken and upset that it was not working.
ProsFun, easy going, encouraging, bonus opportunities, benefits
Consschedule instability, high demands and low pay, points for attendance, vacation request off based on other's attendance
Working at CCI I learned how to troubleshoot Apple products. The people were pretty nice. The hardest part of the job is probably finding a solution to the issue that the customer is having with their device.
