Overall Reviews at CCi

Salary is terrible especially for someone like me whose been here for 9 years. We can't keep up with inflation earning the same salary year in and year out. In some ways CCI is great however it's just the salary for a tenured agent/manager is unfair.

I love what I do as it requires me to challenge myself on a daily basis.
Having worked with a diverse group of people has really helped to show and express my adversity intellegence.
Training and development and room for upskilling on a daily basis.

CCi is not a good organization to work for if you are looking for professionalism, stability and growth within the workplace.
I worked with CCI for 8 months. I was hired as a Team Lead and promoted within 6 months only to be laid off. During my tenure with CCI I saw how new hires are not properly trained. They are hired on with no experience in collections or customer service, given 5 days to learn new information and then placed on the floor to fail. Team Leads are not coached or trained to do their job therefore they manage a team that poorly performs which affects the clients relationships and services that they have agreed to provide. The turn over rate is very high. Employees feel so stressed out that they leave for lunch and don’t return.
ConsLack of leadership, Poor Management
