International company with international dialing times
A typical day at work would start of on a high energy outburst to motivate my managers, agents. Discuss previous days figures and discuss plan of action for the day. I have learnt how to micromanage, performance manage, coach and develop effectively at CCI. I have had the most brilliant of Managers ever with a skill set so broad everyday was a learning day for me. My hardest part at work would be managing agents Dialing time as we got paid on dialing time from our client which was one of my KPIs. This was challenging because agents breaks where not considered as break times and needed to be dialled back everyday which posed as a huge negative across the company. The most enjoyable part at work would e achieving target everyday, every week and every month regardless of my challengers.
