I've worked there for 2 campaigns and have extensive experience. My earning was fair as it was R8000. CCI has helped me grow and develop on the skills I had when I entered into the contact centre industry.

It was a pleasant and eye opening experience. I cannot really complain about anything. The only inconvenience was getting rude and impatient customers, but because of proper training we were able to assist and ensure the customer leaves happy and that was my greatest achievement

I really enjoyed working at CCI it is a very nice company to work with the people are friendly and out going just the late working hours was becoming a problem.

The experience of having to assist customers over the phone was new and also enjoyable. Know the product and the job is enjoyable. Money was made and job was fun

Stressful and tiring
I recently joined CCI and in these few months that I have been with them was horrible,we have system issues everyday,the working hours are exhausting,salary is not enough for the amount of work we do,my colleagues are friendly and welcoming.i would not recommend CCI for anyone unless your really desperate like I was,but I have learnt and I am still learning alot. Our lunch breaks are super short 30 minutes break and 10 hours of work is not fair

Its not for the long term
If you are okay with being stagnant then CCI is where you need to be, only go there for experience but growth is slim to none, but the people there are really friendly you can gain some good friends

Nice place to work. But it takes forever for them to be able to set you up and actually start working. Be prepared to wait between passing training and working. Management really does try to help but it is also out of their hands.

I enjoyed CCI and the money. I was very young at the time I started working there.
Working in CCI was excellent. I learned alot while I was there. I gained self confidence, gained experienced in conversing with clients.Management was good motivating, and they were not stingy in terms of providing incentives. The atmosphere is out of this world CCI. Corporate spirit is very much a factor and I believe that the company understands that the workers are the heart of the company. Dealing with irate customers was the most difficult part of the job.

How should you prepare for an interview at CCI?

Look presentable keeping in mind that you'll be interviewed in an office environment. Learn to read and type fast, but importantly, speak clearly and audibly. Observe your language and grammar. Mind your attitude; don't be cocky or over-confident. Be a team player and love what you do. Don't be desparate (driven by need), rather show the willingness to lead and learn.
