Productive environment, effective processes and very people orientated.
Being sales and service driven customer contact centre professional, i have always adopted a consultative approach to team management hence morning meetings are essential to provide guidance towards achieving targets/goals and to provide clear direction and communication to all employees. I have learned by doing this, everyone works together to achieve 1 common goal which makes achieving sales targets and great quality calls that much easier. Having a strong team of individuals that are able and willing to supervise, motivate, coach, train, counsel and manage people makes the job very enjoyable and fulfilling. Managing attendance and attrition are always the hardest part of a managers day. I however welcome the task as experience has taught me that if you create the right environment and manage people fairly and consistently, you are able to keep attendance and attrition challenges to a minimum.
