the job was demanding, less pay. worked long hours which sometimes clashed in terms of transport and the team mates always made me coming to work conducive

Fun working place
The hours were too long, which is why I didn’t stay long enough. But they do give people opportunities and don’t discriminate in any form. Always willing to help you learn and push you where you need to be pushed

Overworked, underpaying, unappreciated employees
Just don't go there at all. Starts of great feeds you hopes and dreams but never ends well no matter how much effort you put into it. Work satisfaction on zero. Employer not appreciated.

Yes it is a fun place to work at because you get to wet a lot of people there too
CCI is a place for people who are fresh out of school and need a job it’s also for people who have nothing to do at home and need a job but It also allows you to grow within the company but the mangers there are no less then blockers to that dream

horrible
cci is a terrible place to work. workers are told they are easily replaceable, and management does not care about your wellbeing. the training is long and extensive, so you'd think that means you will be able to execute your work flawlessly right? wrong! the trainers are out of touch with the systems they use on the floor because they are not as updated

The place is a nightmare
CCI over works you and pays you peanuts. The environment is terrible especially with the management. I wouldn't recommend anyone I know to work there. The placr drains you and you actually have nothing to show that you were working afterwards.

It's a great working environment and gain experience you learn alot from the place and people. It's more like family then colleagues, and have a lot of fun.

Loved this place
Shoe dept really showed me what customer service is. It's nothing but face to face interaction. At times it was very busy. Everyone in the store was friendly & like family

Constantly changing schedule and responsibilities
You were never sure of your schedule. They demanded lots of work but was unwilling to pay you for your time and commitment to the work. I do not recommend unless you really need to work.

very productive and exciting place to work.
A typical day for me at the call center was pretty routine. Go in and put my things away, then I would log into my computer and get all of the necessary screens pulled up to start my shift. I would check to see if I had any emails or messages, then check to see if I had trainings to complete. I took a 15min break after about 4 hrs or so and then an 30 min lunch and before my shift ended I took another 15 min break. The job was easy and I enjoyed being able to assist and possibly bring a smile someone's face.
ProsThe incentitives that we received for having good calls.
ConsFor me it was not being able to stay there longer.

A typical workday would consist of doing training on new ios versions for the iPhone. Then providing professional technical support to clients and customers.

How should you prepare for an interview at CCI?

Look presentable keeping in mind that you'll be interviewed in an office environment. Learn to read and type fast, but importantly, speak clearly and audibly. Observe your language and grammar. Mind your attitude; don't be cocky or over-confident. Be a team player and love what you do. Don't be desparate (driven by need), rather show the willingness to lead and learn.
