Recruited/Interviewed Guest Service Reps. Managed 6 Guest Service Reps. Responsible for Employee Reviews, Managed and updated all Guest Service desk Policies and Procedures. Great Co-Workers respected by all. Most Difficult part of job: Maintaining high Guest Services during the Christmas Holiday.
