constant pay issues, bad company culture, dirty facilities
The worst thing about working at CCI was the uncertainty of being paid for the hours worked. More times than not my check was short hours or whole days. It's even worse when I would do overtime and not see those hard earned hours reflected on my check. I would always have to hold my breath before looking at my pay stubs because I just knew something was going to be wrong. I wirked at the norcross location and was promoted from product support agent to QA. I can say that policies were always changing. They employed soon many incompetent people that it's no surprise that it was a complete trainwreck. Only take this job if you absolutely need a job and can handle of your check is incorrect.

This particular company has a very high turnover rate among it's employees, regardless if management or not.

This job made a lot of promises to me that were not met. When i asked about these promises, i was told a different excuse every time. the company itself does not treat their employees equally and when an employee is unhappy they get fired over speaking the truth.

Management exhibits inconsistent policies, random changes, poor follow-up, lack of direction.
A year old call center with little distinction or purpose. Full-time is 32-36 hours only. Payroll is consistently in error, and "bonus" pay for production is done through a vague raffle system, so minimum qualifying performer have the same "chance" of bonus dollars as overproducing employees.

Great Company to work for! Really enjoyed the environment and customers. The customers wete very enthusiastically speaking over the phone. Teir 2 was very helpful when needing extra support.

Worst place ever.
Worked there for Turbo Tax contract. People weren't getting paid. No lie. No check . Or half a check or some check. But my personal check was never right. .
They will tell you to wait 2 week (next check ), it'll never come. They will tell you the amount missing has to be over 100.00. They still wont cut one because they'll say it cost 25.00 to print a check. .
Inappropriate management, inappropriate atmosphere. Agents come to work drunk and HIGH!!. The women dress mostly. I said most.. like hookers, don't understand what business casual is. Threatened to fire often , change policy daily, no room for growth. Say you'll fo to Apple when contract is over. Make you take a 13 question quiz and never tell you if you passed or not.
Bathrooms look like gas station bathrooms. Trash is everywhere. They lie frequently and majority of the idiots still there are working and not getting their full pay. Absolutely Ridiculous situation. How are people still working there for free. Never do overtime they'll never pay you..!!!WARNING! !

I have great co workers, and the job is great also. I would love to stay with CCI, however, the commute is too far at this time.
