I really enjoyed helping people do their taxes with our product. I was on the chat team most of the time. M customer service skills even came through on chat.

It a good job, its js a seasonal job is my inly complaint
A typical day at work would be helping customers with their turbo tax software. Troubleshooting, or simply sending them new software.

Terrible
By far one of the worst jobs I have ever had was at a call center where the employers were managed by CCI. Very high turnover, not very many promotion opportunities and when they did happen, they were usually filled fromt he outside, not within. The pay was poor and the management was more or less non-existant.
ProsFun co workers.
ConsPoor management, no room to grow, poor pay and benefits.

don't do it in the words of admiral ackbar...it's a trap! They have no sympathy for anyone and they have a huge turnover rate at the call center in daleville indiana same with manpower same bunk different company

Excellent Place to work.
My typical day would start by helping customer solve there software problems with their iphone, ipad, and ipod. I learned how to be patient and understanding with customers. The management was outstanding. My co-workers were very helpful in my success with this position. We all worked together to help solve sometimes the most complex problems. The hardest part of my job would have to be not able to find a solution for the customer because, it is out of my scope of support. I enjoy working with all levels of people from management to the customer. I am a people person and a helper at heart.

Horrible morale issues and bad compensation
Horrible morale issues and bad compensation. Micromanagement is a huge problem, and advancement is highly unlikely unless you are EXTREMELY POLITICAL. Even then, there are no guarantees for advancements.

Fun and energetic place to work
From the beginning of the interview process and testing, this company has been dedicated to work quickly and professionally. They have always been dedicated to give a prompt response and work with you the best that they can. A typical day with this company would include inbound calls that assisted customers with different issues ranging from all sorts of electronic components and services. I have learned a lot of the inner workings of many devices that we work with and what they can do, as well as the limitations that they have. The management was always very friendly and helpful to find the correct answer as fast as they could, or would at least let you know that they were still working on finding the answer. Our co-workers were a good mixture of wild and crazy to those that travel only on the straight and narrow. It was a good mix where each of us were respected each other. The hardest part of the job was handling people that would receive news that they did not want to hear. The most enjoyable part was knowing that the device started working when they were convinced that it was broken and upset that it was not working.

Great job
A typical day at this job would consist of answering phone calls and helping customers with there devices. I learned how to trouble shoot devices and fix them. This overall was a great job.

Look presentable keeping in mind that you'll be interviewed in an office environment. Learn to read and type fast, but importantly, speak clearly and audibly. Observe your language and grammar. Mind your attitude; don't be cocky or over-confident. Be a team player and love what you do. Don't be desparate (driven by need), rather show the willingness to lead and learn.
