Aon is good and amazing company with a perfect experience of a beautiful culture I would recommend anyone to work at the company
An amazing experience I had as my first time at a short term insurance industry, learning as part of the student is easy as long as you ask questions and show everyone that you are willing to learn.
ProsTerm meeting are amazing, and good management
ConsNot enough promising permanent positions for learners
We are a amazing team working together always there to assist when needed.
Management are there to assist when needed. Not communicating when things change. Like to leave the office and know my work is up to date.

Innovative and ahead of its competitors in doing things. Leadership is easily accessible and communication flows perfectly whilst employees are welcome to make input regarding change. Work well with my team and still enjoy the challenges.

Leading Broker with International Exposure
Aon South Africa was one of the best companies that I worked for. I was given a number of opportunities to apply my skill set around change management and employee engagement. I loved driving practises that improved the working environment whilst at the same time working with my international colleagues by implementing HR projects like Stars @ Aon. My HR director was very supportive and he gave me the autonomy to run the HR and Employee Engagement function as I saw fit. Aon is made up on various acquisition businesses and as such people were not always on the same page with regards to how things should be done. I learnt a lot about internal communication, employee engagement and running several projects which enhanced the overall employee value proposition.
