Team work and healthy competitions are a culture as they are highly promoted. 1 other thing that stands out the most you earn based on your efforts, you get promoted to other stages based on your efforts. But the thing that stands out the most is the full support structure to coach you in anything until you can be independent 

It taught me a lot about people skills and how to apply a proven system to get in the heads of customers which works if you apply it well. It is quite a challenging job for introverts, but you can always learn and discover your own entrepreneurial skills.

Upshot provided an environment in which all employees interact and train together. We were taught more about how to communicate with potential customers and it was a life lesson. After field works we'd all meet at the office where we review our daily performances in relation to our daily goals.

* you need to  have  a  Target  how many people  were  you going to  see and how  many are you going  to  Sign it's  means  giving them an Account and how  many people  are you  sure they  will get Approved, Each day u needed to  have  a Target.  Time  management and always  in your  dress  code

It requires most of your time , no off days . You have to be at the office by 6am until 9am Monday to Sunday . You travel using your own money, you get paid by commission.

Firstly I can say that was a good job but not... Because some other days you find more customer's on other day you don't find even 10... But I can say its good to work the because you learn more.. And you realize what you are capable off about yourself

i learn how to open accounts and open life insurance for people that are using Ackermans account.
The hard part in the job the hard work you doing that you work 12 hours for 6 days a week and you get a very low income.

Upshot Marketing is a company that is aimed at sales accounts, helping people open accounts at ackermans that is where I worked as a sales agent, I worked there to gain experience in the sales environment.

Working at Upshot is fun and challenging.
This is not for the faint-hearted; but rather the go-getters and people who want a second chance in the cut-throat business world.

You work long hours for no pay, you use your own money for transport and only get paid through commission, so If you don’t make sales you don’t get paid
