Lots of different client base which gives lots of experience in different environments. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No benefits. No pension or provident fund. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Lack of professionalism and victimization to employees that fight for their rights. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
No need for any planning as the day goes by how your bosses want you to do.

Have my reservation about the continuity of business in this company. The company has no working ethics.

Has no career future, you would note the the staff turnover as their culture is to only dismiss management,
Inconsistency in their work values vision and integrity 

Always have your back covered and always take down notes of what senior Management tells you to do it even if possible record it. It was not a fair management.

I'm working long ours every day. No overtime, management makes work hard for employees.struggle to get a annual leave even when u qualify to get a leave. No lunch time.

I reallyenjoyed working.there.dont.have.any complains about them.they welcomed me to the family very lovingly and warm
And I reallyfelt at home my first day .

you get to learn alot of new things and not restricted to one department always team work as the company is a new establishing company, growing and posibility of growth.

Working at smada was more enjoyable and stressless. We were given enough uniform and we were paid in time.If you have a problem supervisors were willing to help.

The biggest thing i learnt is how a business should not be run. Unfortunately the business ethics of some of the Directors places serious risk to the business reputation.

The culture at Smada is different to what I experienced in 25 years it's in your face one does not make decision and that's the problem one has how do one grow

It was good and im stl missing that company and iwas learning more about the security bt I left the company because off the union iwish to get the company like them and ilearn alot to this company
