My day will start at 5.30 in the office, opening up the office and in preperation for the day.
I do a overview of my daily agenda and appointments for the week and filter the most important e-mails.

At 7 am my merchandising operational team arrives and we set their agenda for the day . this is due to staff issues (ie) Abscontions , sick leave, leave or relays etc. 
Then the Sales force arrive whom I have asked to come in to review their performance and to determine their state of preparedness and competency and to discuss store related issues or staff merchandising issues with some training if need be.

At eight my account team is in the office and we will have a morning staff meeting and set our plan , or review the past plan and targets.

My day then is based on reviewing the mails from each principal , attending customer meetings or with Principlas, disciplinary meetings , store visits and planning and preperation for inturnal/exturnal startegies.

I learn every day about my sales staff and their acomplishments and how to get them to work smater and accept responsibility. I thoroughly enjoy working with my team and being able to develop them and am pleased when they are approached by opposition !! This means I am manking a difference.
The hardest part of my day is the hours away from my family , but I am happy that I am able to provide a living for them and opportuinitys, as with my staff.
The best part of my job is and most enjoyable is a thanks and well done reply!! .....far to little of those means you are not making a difference. Recognition for you work is the key as most enjoyable return .

Completing tasks and projects communicating with colleagues and clients attending meeting and engaging in professional development. have learned many things from everything's and everyone.Management is the process of planning,organizing, leading and controlling people and resources. The framework that defines, how an organizations ,tasks are divided,delegated, coordinated,directed to achieve its goals.Varies for each person and depends on the specific role.Making a difference,solving complex problems,building strong relationship with colleagues, gaining new knowledge and skills,working on challenging tasks having work-life balance.

They are a reliable company and diliver on promises as well as take pride in delivering best service also looking and performing better each time

It's very hard to get new opportunities and challenges within the company 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's more department retail industries wich often offer you to  care and represent big brands on behalf of the company

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
House keeping ,price check and updates ,keeping up with your principles within the store and assist the online staff with  your company brands and packing making sure stock is available and if not get them ordered ,expired stock and soon to  expire

the days when the store managers deside we must pack of everything and was the shelfs,the was nothing new bcause i did know everything only the returns how to do it the rest i new about bcause i did the same work before , i had a good relationship with them bcause my work was always done and as they wanted it to be,we were a great team bcause we were one persen in every shop not two of the same company,when the regionals com to visit ur store everything must be perfect , facings,drops the amount,shelfs must be claen ,expire dates,flows must be correct,when u get rewarded for ur good work like u get extra money with ur pay at the end of the month or u get 1000 voucher but only if ur shop is 100percent

No pressure you just have to stick to the rules of the Shop ure designated to. Make sure ure shelves are tidy and fully packed ohh and the most important thing is to always apply the fifo (first in first out) rule to make ure rotation of stock simple .the company will provide you with necessities in order to  well execute ure duties  the only time you will be seeing ure line manager field marketer is when he/she comes 1nce during the week to place an order for the particular store ure working in and that's when you gona discuss any issues  ul be having or facing  in the store other wise merchandising is not a hard job it sjust knowledge of ure stock and promotions nothing more 

The pay is extremely low when you're expected to cover a permanent employees work. Most Rep's are totally unfair,they treat employees harshly maybe they are pressured but most times some reps expects the employees to do their work. Some reps don't pay hid to stocks being molded they just cruise and enjoy their pay until their higher ups require updates on stocks. The hardest part of the job has always been the pay and the I'll treatment from store managers. The enjoyable part is meeting new people and gaining knowledge of working and just feeding off certain mindsets and experiences.

Packing shelvels and thereby making sure that they are looking nice clean and tidy. Placing orders, letting management know whats selling. Make sure that damaged goods are their minimum. Checking price increases and making updates. Helping my colleages when ever I can. Hardest part would be receiving because I would have to rotate my stock, sticking to to the FIFO principle. But was nice because we all help each other. It was always uplifting when all that hard work is recognised.

Theres no stress Because if you work there we are given the devices to capture

Everything is so good they treat their employees very good

I don't know what to say but each every day atvthe company is more important to me because I'm enjoying my work

They allow one to grow and the experience one gains through being given room to develop and explore within the boundaries of the company

In my experience I was mostly tresses about coming up with a way to merchandise more efficiently even though there was no need, I'd say I arrived for perfection and excellence

The company is well diversed and no one feels left out

I always thanks pns for experience i got there. It was very simple to work with them as long as u follow the rules of the company and shop u will enjoy to work with them. The problem start when we loose Simba it was though to us even though i got another group but it was not the same. I was like hrs i work there , management for both company and shop we always connected that is why it was simple for me to work there for long period
