mozambik was my first job when I finished matric. the boss was very welcoming and he became a mentor to me as I was still young. that was the greatest job which taught me the responsibilities of a work place. I learn so much on how to handle other people. respect and even talking manners. the most enjoyable thing about the job was meeting different people having to serve and they leave you with a satisfaction on their face. and the biggest challenge id not all people are happy people but all you have to do is to be nice to every one. and the co-workers were absolutely amazing from the managers to every one who work in the shop.

I learned to never ever again work with family. 
They abuse and destroy your daily ambitions. 
Was one of my biggest professional mistakes ever made. 
Daily grind with extreme hours. You either start early or you come in the afternoon only to go home after midnight. No family life and owners have no humanity when you eventually start complaining about what the issues are.

I earn money for me and the company

When  they ask you to work while you off duty

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Be clean and tied an your work station  all the time 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
When  l worked hard with no mistakes

Mozambik has a healthy working space but you have to think on your feet and be very flexible. You also have to be open minded.salary depends on the tips you make, if you do your job with an open heart you will be great and you will enjoy it.

It is a very good place to come work in and also dine in, as we had a lot of regular customers. 
The work culture makes it feel like a 2nd home. The management is experienced and knows how to handle difficult situations we face as the workers, be it on duty or on our personal lives

The place is super busy, which is a good thing.hoping you will get your salary. Only to find out that right of knowledge about your salary is reserved!. Asking about your money is a dismissal offense. You can work a whole week for barely a 10th of what you deserve. But with the clientele there,it doesn't add up!

It was a very competitive working environment and I have learned on how to deal with difficult customers ,the hardest part of the job was working long hours and spending a lot of time standing.

a good place to be Great food with Gud and clean place wich represent the atmosphere of country Mozambique .its shows most at how African food and catering it's all about. It's a Portuguese food

It's fun to work  at establishment  friendly  management  ,e staff .alot of growth with in company  diversity .rainbow nation spirit   no decriminalization on foreign  national

Its was really nice working there if i had a chance i'd go on till now ..working there...the management is on top level the saraly is not that  bad when you living in the city though
