In my current role I manage multiple projects and get exposed to other sectors, which increases my knowledge of the booking making industry and gain knowledge of the operations of some exciting departments. Being part of a deveserved environment has also helped me identify and improve on my areas of development. 

But this does mean there is a potion of my time that is taking away from being able to engage and really understanding individual team members personalities. Which I believe plays a fundamental part in creating job satisfaction and identifying areas of excellence. Because constant assessment of job satisfaction doesn't only improve productivity, but it also improves staff retention and loyalty.

A typical day at work would be rather fun and active. I've learnt how to carry myself well thorough different people. I've learnt to be passionate about my job and offer my full services to the  company itself.  Its a very optimistic work environment with optimistic people. The hardest part of my job definitely has to be dealing with difficult customers, customers who are new to gambling and those who have never done it before and even after dealing with all that, the salary we receive as Promoters is not satisfying. The most enjoyable part about working for Hollywood bets is that, it is a very youth filled environment. All events cater to al age groups and different kind of people which ends up really fun when you meet different people all the time

One day I had unhappy client. online He did not see the funds deposited into his account. He came online very angry. what I did was to calm him and try know why he did not receive his funds.  I did go and check with the supervisor and I found out that he did not used the correct reference.  What I learned about this is to put your self in the customers shoes , to calm them  and to make sure to have a solution for them. 
The work culture always to know that customers never been wrong.

The hardest part for me at work was when I was making sometimes the same mistakes.

The most enjoyable part at work was the team work and when we use to reach our monthly targets. 

Hollywoodbets is betting company, i worked a full day's work, of 9 to 5, i learned a lot, as a team leader i learned the four main aspect of being a leader, which is Planning, organizing, directing and supervising, the management is good, and well placed, from the C.E.O down to us as team leaders, 

My co-workers are good are good at their work, well-focused and dedicated.

The hardest part of the job was the travel in the region, in a day we had to cover over 400km range.

Making progress and reaching your monthly targets was the most enjoyable part of the job.

We endup working underpressure if its getting busy.

Experiencing a lot of things because we usually have a big events where we have to deal with different people ,so for me I enjoy to work for my company.

I was working as a betting clerk & i was trustworthy pushing deadlines ream working.

The most stressfull part is that u have tobe fast 4 the lotto, soccer  b4 the time & by that time the que is full but i myself manage that

Everything was well but except the punters would shout at but u hav to b nice to them

When sometimes i hav a shortage unknowing what to hav that shortage

Decision making takes forever especially with approval of events leaving partners furious all the time and hiring process is terrible lately with inexperienced people brought on board. you never feel like you on leave cause of all the things one needs to participate on. The AOD procedure is a rip of to internal staff with no proper investigation done before issuing. HR is quick to issue warning and firing people.

Daily routing at work includs design work seting up of artwork, vehicle designs, and large format printing 

I have learnt a great deal and even furthered my design knowledge by pursuing studing deisgn

Management is abit poor

Hardest part of my job is there is always late requests and no one manages time as everything thereafter falls on to the desiger i howere Take this as a good roll in my job as I can work under pressure 

Enjoyable part i get to create new and fress ideas for my designs

Good service delivery within the customers.

You should to understand that the customer is always right.

Good with air fresh from the aircorns.

25 of each month.Mean Saturdays are more likely good.

It is a betting diverse place where you meeting people of different cultures, different races and different types of customers. Its a live place to work at even though it requires attentive vigilant employees because it deals with large amounts of fast cash flow.
