It is fun,enjoyable and great experience working here,the management team were approachable and supportive on our daily work,the only thing I hated working in the plant is being discriminated as a woman by coworkers who are permanent employees of the company,they belittle us according to our gender without knowing our abilities,but management created a room for us to show our capabilities and they allowed us to grow in the industry

No stressful part working with company

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Working from warm weather as we working with Earth work

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Monday to Friday but I was still enjoying working on weekends

at Hillary you get to know and be engaged to multi tusk not limited to management. learning is part of daily basics and more chances to became in managerial positions if you work hard and eager to learn

The supervisors need to be trained on how to work with people and how to treat people on site.promises need to kept when made like when u have done overtime you need to get paid what's due without having to b given run around first.

The management and workers are cooperative.Strickly adhering to safety precautions and procedures.Encouraging workers to work to their abilities.Working according to norms and standard of the company.

One of the best working environment I ever had,I given the opportunity to express my self and learn every angle of production in construction

The interview was good, lots of expectations and I was impressed because they game a platform to spread my wings and exell at my ecpectees, they've built my confidence 

Wishing to work with them again as I was in a temporarily position, the guys at the HR are very good listener's to us employees and to enjoy working with them you must obey the rules and safety is their priorities

Early Start at 7am till after 5pm

managed stock for +/- 300 plant
Gained a lot of knowledge in earthmoving parts
Gained knowledge in workshop procedures

Be at almost professional, clean.  nothing excites the construction manager  like a worker that comes early at work and understands the daily tasks given to him
