A typical day at work, for me..will be when we meetings almost the whole day...and being at the frontal point, I need to take care of the Clients entering our offices...ffer them something to drink and let excellence shines.
I have learned quite a lot, being at the Company now for two years. I started here as a Control Room Operator at a beautiful Estate in the Boland Area, Stellenbosh.
From there, I was then positioned at the Head Office - at out main Command Centre - the heart of our operation.
And it has not long, in the mentioned position, I was then moved to Reception, and also assist as an Administrator.
Management is attention to detail and will always provide satisfactory service to our Clients.
The hardest part of my job, was when I was also appointed to take over the Fleet administration, but I have learned again quite a lot and do so, everyday.
I enjoy everything that I am doing at current moment - but most enjoyable part is, on my Fleet inspection operation. It is very interesting.

What is the best part of working at the company?
It was so much good and fun to work in the security company, gaining experience and knowledge learning more skills in the work industry 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
It when the client complain about the poor service we provided with the fellow colleagues 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The is more space in the work environment and time to prepare, very comfortable on own time, in terms of culture very professional and respectful 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Typical days like is Monday and Sunday are quite days

Was unbelievable I didn't believe I'm working for Xone Integrated I learn alot When I can there I didn't have any kind of experience and my Colleagues were very gentle and friendly I made sure that I will pickup fast because I know I am a curious guy I hangry to let everything to make my job very easier for my self and also to my colleagues management is very professional workplace it's also amazing the hardest part of the job it's whereby you are not agree with some of the visitors about the procedure s when I reap what I saw😃

The best was of control room in a new mining environment as a supervisor

Promises that we made by management and were not fullfilled

The culture was that favouring certain individuals

Was when I got to be interviewed by the client

I worked for the company just over 7 years on a broken service platform. Learned quite a few things from my director which made me a better person in the industry. The company has quite a few morals and standards which makes it so unique. I resigned from there to persue my own path and I am slightly disappointed in doing that. 

Good company that is productive,taking good care  of employees,also excellent and professional management that provide an excellent service.
Xone is company that require people who want to achieve their dreams and succeeding in life.Eveything is provided such as annual leave and study leave.

Access control and visibility to the premises

Working with no realive and the late coming on duty

Very good condition and treatment very well

Always presenting a good job to the client

I would like to work for the company to take my career forward to this industry my availability asap in 5 year period I want to see myself to the next levels such as a manager of this company with my positive attitude in the business lead by an example to the guards.

i enjoy day to day work the pressure is to much but you get a chance to learn a lot and Xone believes in employees promotion and education i so wish the salary was much better i love working at Xone as a control room operator to acting supervisor to supervisor 

Open emails. Prioritize between emails. Answer urgent emails immediately. Do admin work for three hours.
go and see different clients.
To be professional in my work.
Good work place culture.
Admin work is the hardest part.
