South Africans are have different cultures and also different from mine but one thing is putting us together ubuntu.as long you have Ubuntu life at work will be easy 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
No topical day

I needed to retrieve a lot of info from my drivers and capture the data to compile my report daily and learned to push myself with my daily task. The management are hands on and open to assist you.

There is a late night and early morning shift that happens once a week and can be quite exhausting. The people are friendly and are will to assist.

Check that all loads of previous day were done and that there were no complaints. Check revenue and km of previous day. Attend meetings with staff , Customers , Suppliers.
Work on tenders.
Check Cost daily.
Most enjoyable part is when you receive a compliment from a Customer and you reach certain targets.

Not allowed to manage or make decisions

Amazing environment,  little stressful at times. Always a challenge..and most of all is common sense... great place to be employed... will suit a single person just right .... long hours public holidays aswell so not so pleasant if you have family responsibilities.....

Big company with strict rules and they provide training of all aspects of driving good communication with controllers and tracking staff debriefing done at all Xinirgistix plants

I have learned to work on site without a manager.
I have learned to make decitions by myself.
My hardest part of my job was to work with skeleton staff and lot off loads to be done.
And working long hours everyday.
Working with friendly staff was enjoyable.

Work environment good, great colleagues to work with, no room for growth at the company. Contract was ended when I was in a motor vehicle accident, even after the doctor declared me fit to return to work
