What is the best part of working at the company?
Excellent execution and sterile conditions . Staff well trained and efficient 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lot of tension . Long hours inside premises. Locum pharmacist don't have proper training and are excluded from participating actively. Managers are rude and look down on staff . Part time workers feel excluded. Management very paranoid 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Staff friendly and helpful ( especially the black ones) The white staff feels superior and unfriendly 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
The work is very interesting at first then become boring.I had the feeling that I was only there because the law requires a pharmacist on the premises

Wrapsa is a great company and it gives so much to learn. 
But the management has very poor skills, with their management skills you always walking on  egg shells because they don't follow a proper procedure for firing people especially TEMPS.

The other thing is that they use people because they bring new people every 3 months because they don't want to give them a permanent job. Even if some of them are dedicated and hardworking individual they will not consider giving them a permanent position because of their selfish reasons.

Another thing is that they don't follow a proper hygiene process as they have written in their rules. We get 2 mopcaps for the whole week, 1 overall to work with for the whole week, 1 pair of overshoes for the whole day, sometimes we didn't get new overshoes for a day had to wear dirty and torn overshoes.

Wrapsa pharmaceuticals is the well organized and maintained working environment and a excellent foundation coming to learning and growth.

Work load when approaching month end.

Excellent working environment and diverse culture that allows everyone to be themselves. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very interesting and always learning new  things coming to producrion

I have learn how to work as individual, working under pressure, how to operate different type of machine and also how to maintain it. working overtime it helped me to enhanced my technical skills, leadership ability and taught me to meet deadlines and multitask in a very fast paced and often stressful environment. I can bring these same skills to your organization

very hard and alot of discrimination

very hectic  and so many things to do it keeps you busy the whole day

They are very strictly with their target . I learn that team work ,good communication  is what you need so that we keep work going and be fit for your work and respect other people. Allaways be on time.when we close we reserve a gift card and voucher.

They treat people like kids.. We work under pressure earn peanut.. Lunch is 30 minute bt is not 30 minute is 20 minute. After eating we run like kids.. Late by 1 minutes u stand at canteen waiting ur boss to fetch u after 30 minute..
Knock off we stand a queen like we nid food.. I hate that company ☹️☹️☹️

Toxic Work Environment. Unprofessional. And no appreciation for taking initiative or process improvement. Offices and factory is overcrowded. 
People take no pride in their work.
Working hours are 7:30-17:00 every day. 

Difficult to work with their management

Hardest part of the job is working long hours 
I love my job so I always enjoy to do my job 

The salary that I earned at wrapsa is beyond my position.they don't money for that position is the same as the time I was apacker when they promote you there are certain amount they give you
