My typical day at work will be to check figures for the month and promotions for the month and plan for the Agents briefing for the month.

Check the diary for any appointments for Key accounts like Cambridge and if there's any I have to prepare sales figures for their accounts, check if there's any new product I want to list with them and the listing prices.

I go to the field and audit stores and send feedback to Agencies as to where they must fix and pictures will be sent as a proof.

Organise Activations for all the accounts I manage if there's any promotions running.


I have learned to deal with buyers and get what I want without giving out too much, The hardest part of the job is to manage agencies, you need to micro manage them and you don't do that you end up with no results.

The most enjoyable is that you learn a lot from Sales to Trade marketing and the job is very interesting.

-this was tiring job as it needs a person to apply their energy when packing the milk boxes into a pallet. 
-i have learned to pack  products in a pallet by different sizes of boxes.
-my co-workers were helping each other when set in work assignments.
-hardest part of the job is when there is more work to be done through man power (energy)
-when taking our own time to finish packing a pallet to enough boxes of a pallet.

The way your bosses treated you with respect 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Doing stocktake when most off the people I work with is not in work that day

For me personally it was very good 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
In my department,when everything the fridge is  in order Nd there are not a lot off trucks to load

Working with people is always challenging, but yet it brings out the best in me.
My superior were very approachable, I had the liberty to raise my opinion.
My working environment is always goal orientated.
I kept the performances of the team on record and inform them of the good and bad.
I record the birthdates of individuals in the team and  show acknowledgement.
I acknowledge outstanding performances of individuals
 

My scope will include IR as well as internal and external recruitment and placement, dealing with all HR general duties
On how to deal with people to be more flexible, driven
Stagned in my department 
To enforce change or get approval on change
I get exposure to a lot of work aspects to be accountable

It's a good work place with a lot of challenges per day.
Most of the time you work under pressure...
Not one day is the same and there is different people with all types of culture's.
You learn every day something new
Most enjoyable part of a day is when I have parts to repair what was broken.
The most enjoyable is to repair a machine and get it to work 100%
Management is okay

Always a productive day facing obstacles thats been put as challenges work related or staff related to earn respect you have to at all times give respect to co workers 
Co workers was pleasure to work with co operative and very disciplined 
To check if target was met for production and to see that down time is filled in correctly for lost production
Working with a great team on a shift

physical work hard work. the process of making dairy product is very interesting. management does not really really support lower level staff. the hardest part of the job is the long hours and no day offs. i enjoy the different aspects of the business that i get exposed to and learn about.

I used to wake up early by 2:00 o'clock in the morning because I was working in Cheese Factory.Cheese will be on the floor so I had to sweep the floor to keep the place clean.My manager was the 1 who would in courage me to always do good.I'm thankful for the job that they gave me.

Woodlands Dairy is the best company to work 4 you gain lot of experience and they also provide training that could help you in future on your cv. Also they teach you a lot about milk handling
