 I have learned a lot and I was hoping to learn more. The hardest part of the job was, I was not getting enough support and sadly the import role was not recognized, to management it was just a position. I have learned that to some companies working on goals set for you and achieving them can get you out the door and your manager can either build or break you. The enjoyable part of the job was that I got to work with everyone in the organization and learning new things everyday. 

The workplace is always busy hence there is always something new that one will learn. I have learnt a lot about mineral processing equipment and the processes in mineral processing. These include pumps, hydro cyclones, crushers, screens, Valves, Flexible hoses. My management always gave me challenging tasks which enhanced problem solving skills

Expectations are not clear and tasks are not well defined, too much stress and unsupportive environment. No SOP in place for imports role, you apply what you know. 

It has a good culture to work with, there is laundry for Ur PPE take good care of employees,tool available all the time and safety is number one priority 

i worked very well here but the thing is we were not getting enough pay but we had too much work to do
and we were not getting days off
