Working at Webuycars was an experience not to forget.  I gained a lot of knowledge in the used car trade.  I really enjoyed interacting with new people I met daily.  A typical day would be driving from client to client evaluating and trying to buy their cars.  As I am on the road all day, I never really interacted with office staff.  The most enjoyable part of my job was being able to work from home.  The hardest part of my job was the long hours and no weekends to myself as I was always busy with work.  Wouldn't have been a problem if I was single but when married, you need to have family time.

Great environment to work in, wages are very good yet the work input is required to earn a good wage,what you put in is what you get out. Overtime if your growth is hindered by numerous factors that may come with the high demand and expectations of the job things may get a  little bit uncomfortable,  demotivating and unpleasant. Certain top management tend to treat specific employees like trash.

Started working as an assistant within a week after my interview, hard work,long ours and only a few days off a month... whils as an assistant the maximum effort is wanted and you only get payed basic wich will not get anyone in south africa thru a month....the people are great and the opportunity to grow is there

Great working environment,but difficult to make sales as you have to many competitors on the floor. As a junior sales you need to make target but this makes it super difficult as you have more salesmen than customers on the floor.

The company never allowed me to advance up into the company and never heard my side of a story.
The company is also going very downwards very quickly. 

Company under new management who made wholesale changes to employee benefits without consultation. Dubious manager appointments and having to sell cars that are in questionable condition

They take care of there people and customers .you know that when you work buy customers you must be fast..they have a good security in the work place 

Great place to work at and ive learnt a lot and gained lot of experience but competition is tough as we have more sales people than customers. You have to be on your feet the whole day unless you busy with paperwork 

Webuycars for the past 2 years was amazing, but the management doesn’t seem to know the difference between Bosses and leadership skills, to them it’s the same thing
