Projects are always new and interesting and although they remain similar the differences between them are enough to allow any new project manager to test their skills and learn how to better cope with tough situations.

One of the best company's i have ever work for the company has helped me to archive a lot of things, if i would get a chance to go back i would really miss vumatel

happiness always wanting to be the and work the whole day with out any breaks

At Vumatel on a daily basis you learn new things and they provide the opportunity to improve your skills with frequent courses and great support!
I learned lot about FTTH and project management! I worked with lots of sub contractors  and teams! We worked well together under pressure and we build a great relationship! I also work allot hands on with fellow co- workers from Vumatel and we learned  allot as well from each other on a daily basis!
It was lots of hard work at Vumatel but it was one of my greatests experiences!

time management and achieving goals is the motto and team work was well implemented by management plus our morale has been their focus hence the culture of teamwork in every department, long working hours have been challenging but the desire to achieve desired targets has always been my push, accomplishing the task with the desired outcome brings a smile on every team player everyday

Trenching to build optical fibre infrastructure.
Install wall boxes and access boxes, Manhole to connect the network cables.
I have learned how to manage staff and lead the project to the end.
co-workers were very supportive and it was a male dominated project. Weather was the hardest part of the job because when its raining you cannot continue with work and hitting other services.

Vumatel cant face the heat they transfer their people all over the show people who helped them building vumatel from scratch they do not believe in last in first out. employees asked for a raise and they did a section 197 on most staff . Us who helped build this company from the start had to move to contractors.

Wednesday is my typical day in the company

Not a productive and fun workplace .Promoting Wi-Fi or Fibre wasn’t a problem.The problem is that it’s wasn’t to do working to the maximum capacity due to we need  go to customers house and tell them about the Wi-Fi in three hours and it was hard because you end up not being able to finish all the houses because they’re many and you just walking meaning you won’t be able to finish your daily tasks .It’s stressful.

Vumatel, is really one of the greatest companies I worked at, and I am very sad to have left them. But the Planning environment was just too much deadline driven...so much that it feels like you are not valued or considered.

Besides that, the company is great, full o great hard working and dedicated people who is creating the future for the internet...or perhaps even more

Being able to choose which of the three days you have to work is great. The potential to make a lot of money is great because it all depends on your own style and strengths. The management are friendly and very accommodating.
