What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Covid19 started while I was working there, it was stressful to move and work from home. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The culture is great. There is variety and pride events

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I make sure the inputs send from HR is accurate and complete for all 13 countries before I send to outsourced company processing our payroll and once done I have to review it and confirm to them if all is in order.

Visa Inc being a global company is professional, the team is made up of individuals with high IQ and EQ and they are agile and forward thinkers.  Their reach stretches not just into South Africa, but they have operations in SSA and West Africa.  Truly multi cultural, dynamic and I hold a very high regard for this business and its people.

But tirering work place ,the patrols with a roover makes it very difficult because it doesn't reach points and the place is too steep you can fall patrolling at night and it is very scary patrolling at night for a women to be outside patrolling alone and the place is at the bush even little monkeys play the at night they scare us.

A very enjoyable place to work, although it was a contract position, I felt part of the family, as most of us were contract workers, I had the most awesome Manager and we learned a lot from one another

Visa is a great employer,  they have good corporate ethics, are interested in career development, and all round wellbeing of the employee, and constantly offer room for development, and leadership programs.

Visa has done substantial work on their culture since I was employed there.  Overall it was a good experience builder, however it is highly regulated and extremely bureaucratic.
