Its a very big manufacturing organisation. 
I enjoy my work as a Telephonist, receiving calls from different people everyday. I do receive unpleasant callers sometimes, but since i know how to stay calm and professional at all times i can handle their pressure. I'm now familiar with our Dealers. 
I work closely with our company receptionist, i relief her on a daily basis, in the front desk i also meet interesting people. 
The hardest part of my job is when my colleaques dont work with me, i'm at phone, so they should report to me, when they are out of the office or in a meeting, it makes my job efficient. But my manager and i are currently working on that issue. 
I enjoy interacting with different people.

It all start with a positive attitude on day to day,a good communication with co workes which provides good returns at works.I'v learnt the importance of proper communication and the importance of time management as they both affect bussiness during prodution.Relationship between leardership and team is driven by communication and a positive attitude between two parties.The hardess part of the job is when a job need to be completed at a specific time and incidents like part short,load sheding.A job well done gives me motivation to commit more to my job.

I like working here but there is always stock problems. A typical day starts for me at 06h30 everyday when i arrive at the office. We always have problems with stock (available trucks to sell) which is part the fault of the UDSA factory and also the management to blame.
My co-workers are ok. I get on well with them.

Hardest part of the job is when a customer that you really worked hard on, turns around and buy an "opposition" truck.

The most enjoyable part of the job is when the customer says: "Where do i sign for this order?"

I love selling

Assisting dealers to identify the correct part as per vehicle,check stock in the warehouse.Management is very strict which is understandable seeing that we work in a very stressfull enviroment which is target driven.We have a open relationship when it comes to company related issues.Most challeging part of my job is working with vehicles that we dont have any infomation on.I love working with people.I have no issues when it come to race or religion.

Sales department is a very critical department where most of the focus is on in terms of the company profit and determination of individual incentives but we had it rolling as team.Month-end is the most stressing period as we balance and close on the last day of the month and measure our prodution target vs wholesaled. I learned a lot about customer behaviour as i had direct contact with different dealers across SA.

I was working as a learner production technology. The stipend is not good, but once you finish and are employed the pay will be reasonable.

I am training as an assembler in the production line. The work is physically straining because you are on your feet the whole day.

A typical day at work is as follows....sit at your workstation and do your job!!! I learned the Autoneer  & Pastel programs. Some of the co-workers can be very moody as they do not know not to bring your personal issues to work. Most of us relate to each other very well, work as a team.
