The working environment was clean and made working there very fun as you did not only work but could play games and have access to the gym during breaks and after working. I have learned the importance of good customer care and how keep the client happy while also sticking to the rules. This was my first job ever so i had to adjust my lifestyle and to always be on time. The management was very accessible and you could talk to them about anything. The hardest part about the job was doing the graveyard shift for 18 months but got to adjust to it.The most enjoyable part about the job was interacting with a clientele from the another continent and got an opportunity to talk to people from all walks of life and around the globe as the project we were working on had a client base from all over the world in which sometimes we had to have an interpreter from languages from all over the world in the name of keeping the client happy at all cost in which i really enjoyed.

I have been 9 months with Ttec and I wouldn't say I had the best journey from training up until now, and I hope that this review will actually be noticed. My journey at ttec has been very uncertain because of promises that is made but yet there's no delivery from management. They want you to be at work every day by they don't deliver on what they say. I'm on the humana campaign and for the amount of work that you do doesn't add up to the salary you need to be earning. Agents are been put on pips for 1 month and the company expects you to improve but yet theirs no support. There's no culture our Engagement coordinator resigned because of poor management. Hardest part the job is that you having to walk on eggshells. Ops managers sleeping around with agents. Highly favoured environment, it's a who you know type of thing. 

We did customer service helping customers with billing, changing their programming and tech support with their TV’s. I have learned patience and respect elderly customers. Management make it so much fun at work. The hardest part has to be the shift changes you have to train your mind to adapt into the changes. And no balance between in personal life and  business interests. You have the book leave to spend time with friends and loved ones..The fellow colleagues make it so much fun that it feels like you are a childlike but  responsible. The culture is about come as you are but stick to the guidelines.  Very welcoming.

Inbound customer service handling payments billing inquiry payment arrangements up skill customers with self help options resolving inquires. I leant that this is the most enjoyable job ever. They were really a bunch of great people they reward excellent service greatly and appreciate your efforts. Started getting very lazy and reluctant I stayed the top representative till they closed I become a senior gradbey rep with in 3 months after I started working there. Hardest part was looking at my colleagues and seeing how we lost the campaign due to lazyness people not appreciating the opportunity that was handed to them. All ways being the best and getting others to challenge and enjoy the job up skill people guiding them to become successful.

I've enjoyed all the time i was working for the company everything was perfect they were providing transport for us making sure we arrive at home and work safe, the training was perfect they were making sure you leave the training room with full knowledge of what you will be assisting the customers, enjoyable part of the job their system was always working which was making the work easy for us, the hardest part it was when a customer was wanting something beyond my control like when it was not qualifying for an upgrade wanting me to approve that which was beyond my control, management was awesome no complaints, I've learned a lot from the company cause they've multi skilled me, i don't remember a typical day in the company i was always happy there.

What is the best part of working at the company?
In the beginning it was great. Until I got injured and they couldn't even compensate me. They then gave me a position and removed it for someone else because they had money to pay for the position. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management abusing power. Bullying once you raise things you were not happy about. Retaliation to a point of depression and stress. Them doing everything in their power to remove you from a position if you dare speak out about management.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's based on colour and how you are favored by management 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful, not pleasant. Everyday is different, no peace.

Talking a lot with clients who you call that makes time even when their busy or at work and i love client that aren't rude and lo clients who respect other people and give agents for example like me a chance and to prove that I'm not calling to be a scam

The Teletech workplace was good overall, It is where i got my first Call center job. It is where i learnt how Call center companies actually work and what they are looking for in an employee. But the management of the place was poor in certain areas. thus causing the branch of the Company in Cape Town to be disbanded. The hardest part of the job was work shifts and the very long hours we had to work.

The new Operations Manager has received multiple complaints from staff regarding their communication style, which has been perceived as unprofessional. From a management perspective, there appears to be a lack of positive team culture and engagement, and efforts to motivate or energize the team are currently insufficient. Additionally, the team new team was initially on contract and informed that the campaign would downsize after three months, leaving many employees with the option to reapply for a different campaign or risk losing their positions in failed interviews. This situation has contributed to uncertainty and low morale among staff

TELETECH WAS A CALL CENTRE, AND A DAY AT WORK WAS LIKE PLAY. WE HAD ACTIVITIES TO DO WHILST PROMOTING A PRODUCT. WE HAD COMPETITIONS, AND HAD MOTIVATIONAL DISCS WATCHED NOW AND THEN. I LEARNT TO WORK TOWARDS A TARGET, AS EACH DAY I WAS GIVEN A TARGET TO REACH BEFORE GOING HOME. MANAGEMENT WAS AS FUN AS ALL THE AGENTS, THEY PARTICIPATED IN WHAT WE DID, AND PUSHED US HARD.
WHEN WE HAD ONE DAY LEFT OF THE MONTH TO PUSH A LOT OF POLICIES TO MEET THE MONTHLY TARGET WAS THE HARDEST PART OF THE JOB, BT WITH TEAMWORK, SACRIFICE AND DEDICATION WE REACH THE GOAL.
