is when suppliers are short shipping but also on the other hand we have to keep record of all short shipments on parts that are short.
i have learned alot about my job and how toe handle my work and my staff.
management are very precicive when it comes to our job because they also need some info with regards toe incoming and outgoing stock and stockcounts.
when toyota needs info with regards to my job and wherby i know i cant give them i will try to retreave as much info that i can.

Have made lots of friends with different job positions (friedly enviroment).
Learnt a lot about how to communicate with the customer.
Work independently, don't see management too often, only reports to them & gives feedbacks.
Only have one co-worker under my supervision.
The hardest part of my job is when my co-worker is absent & there's no one to replace him, so I have to do both our jobs.
Enjoyable part of job is that I meet new people every day.

The most enjoyable place to work on in daily basics you keep learning almost every day and instructions from good management. The hardest part you can commit more in your job because of workplace culture. 

At trenstar we R1900 general work to  2200 for forklift drivers which is not enough for our lifestyle and we don't have transport allowance and we get deducted for funeral policies that you don't have a choice for instant of medical aid schemes.

Working for this Company is a challenge. 
Working hard is a demand to achieve deadlines and objectives.
Adherence to health and safety is a must.
There are lots of chances to grow in this company. Working abnormal overtimes is one of the challenges

I really expanded my knowledge on .NET, prior to working here, i had no knowledge of SSRS reports and how Windows Services worked. 


I enjoyed working with a team of senior developers.
