Management always looks out for the person who is not afraid to show their skills and how to use his/her brain with people.
Hardest part of the job was keeping the clients happy, you have 6 other stores working with you if they don't keep up with the work your work is delayed and clients ask you for an explanation.
I enjoyed most working with different people all the time, learning how to be friendly towards them and seeing how you can make their work life better just by asking how are you?

It was fun to be in a work enviroment thats not behind a desk and only 4 walls. A hardworking place but with no stress and be able to do deadlines. The salary is good for someone that just finished school and need some cash and doesn't want to sit at home. There are no benefites related to the job as a level 1 dispatch clerk.

Working as a team even if sometimes it hectic when working alone

Working alone because u needed to scan every delivery

Normal  as other companys to me as I worked several delivery company's

Always enjoyed being at work because didn't have quarrel with anyone

It's ok to work for transpharm I have learn more from it ,I wish a can go back and work again,l have started being a packet and promoted to POD clerk that was amazing until they promote me to work at Factory Dept ,the lady who suppose to teach me about that work she was hurtless she didnt want to teach me her job ,until one day he go behind my back and lie to my boss😏

Getting at work at 5:50AM, Start work immediately have your tea time at 15am at 9am go back at 9:15 go back have lunch at 12:00pm go back at 12:30. You suppose to be knocking off at 3pm but as you about to knock off, management tells you to work till 7pm. Management would constantly remind you that you can be easliy replaced. I learned to work under pressure and on high demand

A typical day at work is all relaxed as long as you do your job and actually I've learned alot I learned to be apart of a team and proving that you can be a team member and communicate with other team members and to work as a team management is and will be alright as long as you do your job and task that are handed out to be completed 

all we did was deliver medication, we didn't see our colleagues much as we spent much time on the roads. too many racist people and they bully the new and young employees, the whites stand with the whites and blacks stand with the blacks. no culture, most people work there because there are no jobs in our country.

I was a great please to work for one of the biggest phamcy like transpharm phamaciticals . I gained a lot of expirience .I worked with a very good team which was dedicated and well focused .I also got sum managerial skills .Because I was the one givern a responsibility to manage my team .

Learning alot about stock packing and couriers that goes out to doctors and also a lot more . working together as a team helping others. I really liked it there,  but for the future , its not recommended to stay there.
