working at TCR it is very nice,fun and exciting I always learnt something new everyday working with different people is fun and making new friends being a team player. I really appreciate the training and skills that I gained from TCR, their management is reasonable even their workplace culture is also reasonable . The hardest part of this job is ensuring that you reach your target every month without falling behind so the reason I say its hard is because I'm not literally good at persuading and convincing people to pay I just like advising and assisting them to be happy .The most enjoyable part of the job are the benefits that you get when you reached your target

I enjoy getting those difficult debtors who think they know how the credit industry works,having to put me down,explain to them how all the processes work how important it is to pay their accounts.
I have a lot,i didn't even know that not paying an account can cost one an opportunity of being employed. That first call of the day in the morning will determine one's productivity of the whole day. The hardest thing that always ruins my day is the debtors that swear at m,e because in a spare of a moment one tends to respond in an aggressive manner but being professional has really assisted me.

tcr is a good company to work at, you go home knowing that you've reached your daily standards. I've learnt a lot from tcr, time keeping, ensuring that I'm at work on time, I've never exceeded my tea breaks, lunch or the comform breaks. Management is good they always there whenever needed. Work place culture is to keep the work place clean and tidy. The hardest part of the job is when you don't reach your monthly standards and they take disciplinary actions against you. The most enjoyable part of the job is when they acknowledge your hard work and they reward you for that..

* How to work as a team by collaborating with each department linked to operations
* Management involved in decision making taking accountability and planning
*Having fun making it exciting for employees is very important
* Sitting at you desk and having to complete reports and dealing with behavioral issues with some agents
* Being among st people helping assisting creating a positive vibe to work in

I did the Entire interview process and also drafting of offer letters and contracts. I drafted warnings and compile recruitment pack submitted to payroll for salary and benefits purposes. I was also doing induction and submitting weekly reports to executives senior managers and business partners. I further had to engage with employees on a daily basis

We have values to follow but trust me neither of them it's being followed by our seniors or managers. Now it's lockdown no money no food parcels, we wanted to work from home but they chose those they feel can go work and us were told we couldn't, now even our uif they took it

I would never advice anyone to work there. It's all about favouritism n there's totally no growth. The pressure is way too much for anyone, u have to have a minimum of 4 debit orders per day to meet target adawise u will have to work extra hours n on weekends to cover your shortfalls. Pathetic place I've ever worked on!

U start a day with positive vibe u set up for urself but end up being demotivated because of type of management you are working under. The only motivating part is education as they pay for your fees but only if you study towards your job line which is debt collating or finance or attorneys. 

The worst , most horrible company anybody can work for. Culture of the company is unethical to the core. Very backwards in their thinking . No regard for people . We are just a number. Under paid . Emotionally drained.
You will get promoted based on who you know . Company has a total disregard for its people 

Productivity is required daily need to ensure that is met  . It is a very fun workplace allowed to share ideas to make a place to be more exciting and funny.
