My most Typical day was when there was a Rugby squad coming for the weekend at my work place for having Fun...
It was alearning carve because we meet deferrent people with deferrent carrectors.
Management played a vital role because the tought me to be the best barman that i am today and they give us a chance to exploy more even at the kitchin and on the flow (Restuarant) e.g i'm a Chef, Potter, Waiter and also Fasilitate Conferrence.
i always work hand in hand with my co-worker and always willing to go extra miles.
The hardest part of my job is to work long hours day after other.
i enjoy meeting deferrent people get along with them and giving a best service to them

Stuff and guests were friendly towards me as am also a friendly person. Management trusted my judgement as I did my job with understanding and professionalism. Learned extra patience is required when working with different kinds of people as they all not in the same mood. Most enjoyable part of job was social interaction with different types of people with different types of life style, was motivated by the rich and wealthy.

I work under a lot of pressure. I have learned how to work as a team, how to handle pressure, how to solve disputes and how to type reports. The hardest part of my job is to investigation on someone that is very close to me but I do it cause it is my duty to do so. The most enjoyable part is that my job is challenging and more especially when there's an investigations.

Vindictive and underhanded management, no appreciation whatsoever for the staff. You cough you go to a hearing, no warning whatsoever. They don't want to follow retrenched processes when business is not doing well so they fire staff for mistakes made 6 months before. No overtime for junior staff even though management do get. Toxic work environment, wont wish it on my worst enemy.

Work is great. I enjoy every moment of it. The interaction with guests and colleagues always puts a smile on my face. I've learned that everything in life, "it all starts with u."

I make the most of my everyday. Learning new things about my job. Finding new ways to make my working experience fresh. I guess nothing is hard to deal with when it comes to entertainment.

I really enjoyed working for the Ridge for the past 13 years and there's a lot that I gained, leadership skills how to interact with people meating knew people different cultures and different point of views finding a common ground to work as a team.

working hard but also a entertainment destination that is customer orientated.  the culture is open door policy. its a tough environment because the customers are loosing money but it is fun

A great company to work for especially if you are starting out, very fair hiring process, teamwork oriented, welcoming environment, management skills are top and you will never feel like you are treated unfair 

The Ridge Casino is good place to work its just the working hours are bad, We don't leave the place we leave the people that our superiors, The guests are good and friendly and the staff is amazing.
