The Kirby Company

I was employed by Kirby Randpark Ridge in February and worked for a month.
The business was closed during lockdown and I was promised to be contacted to resume duties on Level 1. 
After 8 months they have still not paid my salary, commission and petrol fees as negotiated while the business has resumed operations.
I have contacted them on several occasions and they failed to provide me with feedback or even return my calls.
I have visited the business premises on numerous occasions to enquire about my unpaid salary and to resume duty, I was promised feedback that never materialised. I was shocked to see new recruits on training and business carrying on as usual.
This business is unethical and unprofessional, using employees for labor ( Sales and obtaining future sales references) without pay and discard them.
Kirby uses and abuses

Do not waste your time here. 
You will work ridiculous hours, no basic salary to assist with having to drive halfway across the world doing demos everyday. Not to mention that that the leaders are money hungry sharks. They will trick you to book an appointment with a family member to "practice on them" they will go demo with you then try and convince your family to buy that crazy expensive machine to "support" you. Very manipulative stuff.

The biggest advantage was having daily reward for the first sale, this taught to work as fast and as hard as possible. Getting the product to the people was our number one priority. Closing a sale was also a big part of the learning in the sales industry, without closing a sale mean you haven’t sold the product in term means you’ve failed you primary purpose.

Works as jack of all trades... One minute u are a tech guy next u are a garden boy

Dont work as a slave rather u work. At ur pace

Meeting new people, cold calling and product training 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Customers not buying their product and not getting commission. Spending your own money for petrol.  Lies from management

Lies lies and lies. Owner bragging with his cars

Its fun working for Kirby, very challenging,we have once a month come together,our challenging is who sells the most Kirby's  when during the month  when you think you don't have any money left, than  your commission comes,, so that's part of your challenge, you get trophies,gold badges  medals,so that's  my story while working  for Kirby.

Overall I had a good experience working at Kirby. The company structure is solid and set up for individuals that wants to grow their work experience and and thrive on a challenge. Company gives rewards eqaul to input, what is great recognition are given to those who excel and put in extra effort.

This machine has evolved over the years and the engineer's still strive to bring improvements to the product. I will recommend Kirby by far! What a jou it was to sell this machine directly to the public. Easy to use and cleans like a dream

You have to work long hours to sell a 37k product.That is not supply&Demand if you are a school leaver this job might be for you but if not these hours are to long for what you get paid.its like you constantly work overtime and dont get family time.

_ It was a small less busy newly openned company and the commision was not good , the service was poor
_the salary was not enough
_ but individually the job was good except short working hours which contributed to low wage
