A typical day at work was fun and productive what i mostly learn was how to work better with money and i overcame my fear of talking to people and answering the phone , my manager that I had was an absolute angel she is work driven and always puts her staff first and wants the best of her staff .
The hardest part of the job was always guarding the shop and making sure none of the stock gets stolen and carrying heavy weight boxes , what i loved most about my job was meeting new people everyday and becoming friends with regular customers , sometimes we do have our bad days and then we have our good days , there are days where we used to be super busy and made lots of money and then there were days that we weren't as busy and barely made money but overall i enjoyed my job at The Crazy Store in Goodwood Mall 

What is the best part of working at the company?
I was able to learn more and gain experience which I never had the part I loved the most is engaging with customers and making them walk out with a smile 
I was the highest in sales and my main goal was too make the store improve in sales since it was not making any before I arrived

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Stocktaking is the most stressful part overall I loved working for the company because I was able to provide for my family 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It was open and free I enjoyed working there so much I wasn't being judged and spoken down on I was so comfortable and happy 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
A Monday it was always slow but as the week went on it got busier and more exciting

In the 10 years i have been with the company i have grown so much and learned so much more than expected. I have been working in several deraprtments and are flexible and always assist where needed thus the growing potential of the company. A typical day at the office are always giving 100% and having the freedom to do whatever as long as the job gets done, management are the best as they give you the freedom to be you and think outside of the box with great rewards. I have come to meet some excellecnt people in my time here some have gone but we still keep in contact. The most enjoyable part of the company is that while we work hard there is always time for competitions ex. world cup,action cricket,team buildings etc.

The tradition of the company,the training you do everyday helps you to learn the product very well,communication between managments n staff.

There is no much stress beside time of stock taking,there is alot of small staff to count.

Working enviroments is fine most of the time people concentrate more on they job like rotating stock and machindising.

For me every day was a new day for me so I didnt face much challenge

The people you work with are all great at their jobs and make each day worth showing up for.

The most stressful part would be the occasional difficult customers, but great customer service is an effective way to combat those stressful situations.

All-inclusive and very diverse. You will meet all kinds of helpful and friendly people who will make you feel like part of the 'crazy' family and it's amazing.

Fast paced, energetic, positive and sometimes positively stressful.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The best  part for me,is definitely customer service,interacting with so many different people.Always lending a helping hand to meet their needs.The smile on their faces when they have recieved what they wanted,going the extra mile.That is definitely the best part for me.

When we  have  visits from the big bosses.

Very friendly,you also have to be very energetic.Its warm everybody is just so Happy

Receiving large number of boxes and unpack while serving customers with 5 star service

Making deadlines and making sure staff is happy and sorted with uniform etc making sure sizes ate correct.. management reports are on time

Amazing family oriented caring management right up until the CEO

Busy .. strategic..making sure deadlines are met

A typical day at The crazy store would include working as a team with my colleagues making sure that our customers would have a great shopping experience from the moment they enter the store. Interacting with different customers on a daily basis was the fun part for me and having to build a bond with our customers.

The crazy store was a great company to work for and the management was great and we were one big happy family.

The Crazy Store was my first working experience.. I learnt alot about team work...and most of all our customers...That's what I loved  the most was working with my customers... satisfying our customers.All I can say about my working experience at The Crazy Store was magnificent and I will take that experience with me where ever I go with me to teach more to other of what they may lack of.. And most of all we do everything right the first time..I'm not scared for any challenge..I'm in it to when it..Thank you
