When the internet is slow and when it's loadsheddding.

The computer lab is well placed, we have enough room to accommodate a full class.
The teachers are very supportive and engaging with the learners and our social communication are very respectful.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Every day when I arrive at work it feels like I'm at home with my co-workers being my family and we tease each other a lot.

The professionalism and experience I have gained while working there.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There was nothing stressful at all, even the workload was managable.

I can only speak from my experience and with that said I found the environment very professional but friendly.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Arriving and reporting.
Carrying on with facilitator duties.
Attending any meetings that might be scheduled for the day.
Locking up and reporting any issues.

Helping underprivileged kids learn how to read for meaning.

There is no clear organizational structure, and there's a top down approach to everything.

Departments operate in silos, there is a lot of micromanagement, and top management never takes accountability for anything.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Unnecessarily stressful, too many adhoc activities arise from nowhere.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Weekly impact meetings with co facilitators from different schools when we engage we create a learning space ..click learning is empowering Skills Development courses for the Facilitators (employees)

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Kids behaviour sometimes very stressful 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Think out of the box engage and make big impact to little lives

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Positive culture of learning in all spaces such as trainings weekly meetings

EdTech company in the public primary school space. School ends at 2PM, your job doesn't. Be prepared to work in a retail like environment where every minute counts, managing over 70 staff in over 20 locations and doing their HR, chasing admin and being chased for admin, frequent meetings, troubleshooting tech issues because of a small helpdesk team, all of this is happening whilst earning 30% below market average. Free coffee and annual national team building vacations. Amazing staff but unbalanced gender demographic.

Facilitation and being team leader. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lack of communication with the team. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Every end of term young teachers go out for deal with work stress and strategies for the next term so good culture 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Great and inspiring all the time.

I would like to appreciate the management of the Clickfoundation, they really doing a good job always. From my experience I learned a lot about problem solving because we dealing with kids and every day you come across with different cases..some are good and some are bad. So it was a very good experience for me because we were working with internet but the hardest part is when it's cold or raining, during such time internet becomes very weak but working there was very good and enjoyable.

transportation to work and going back to home

very productive and good . some other days tiring and demanding a lot of  attention
