What is the best part of working at the company?
Helping people moving forward in life. The work environment is exciting and every day you learn something new. Changing people's lives and assisting them to make the right choice.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When you know you can do more but weren't given the opportunity to do so. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Exciting there is always something happening to help improve your working skills and knowledge in how to assist your clients with their queries.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You don't know what to expect from your manager he/she will make it their work helping you making the day fruitful.

Every work place has its ups and downs. Tenacity is fine but you need 2 make your day worthwhile for yourself. Learned a lot through co workers helping more then management. Enjoyed working with different customers on a daily basis. Tenacity needs to improve management, training as well as communication between managers. Most people are too relaxed because management socialise 2 much. Marathon days were fun and even working overtime, but as I said you need 2 make it fun for yourself. Overtime is never what its supposed 2 be month end because they rob employees. No growth and no structure either, training does not teach/help newbies in any way cos once they get on the floor, co workers need 2 train them properly.

I've worked here a while, the people and team leaders are good to work with but at this company they always point out the bad instead of your good. They always have a way of taking away the good things like getting people to work away your overtime. Ways to lessen your incentive like on two occasions I performed differently and still got the same kind of money. The incentive still gets deducted on as well. But it is a good company though. They're always hiring on a regular basis incase you need a job but they don't always read your emails nor do they get back to you.

Diversity amongst agents.Agents are friendly to each other, respectfully towards,accountability and professional 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management   lack communication amoungst the agent.they always negativety towards agent suggestion.(HR) doesn't  coming back to quires

Diversity is there,staff respect each other.actives are the every month

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Pushing hard to rich target but the end you don't make where's you have great effort .then you go through performance stage is not nice.its stressfull

1.Great environment with friendly employees.
2.  Working hard with laughter at the same time.
3. Great team spirit , determined , teachable and sharing.
4. Excellent department managers and team leaders who understand leadership skills and values.
5. Fun, and lots of fun.The company does extremely well in creating fun exciting activities for the employees.
6. The late shift, 11; am to 20:00 pm shift, spending long hour on the company provided transport home.
7. The incentives, awards, monthly winnings, the canteen, in-house clinic, staff card and the yearly gratitude bonus given everyone january to the employees.

The company offers Great incentives  for hard working agents.The company also acknowledges Top performers in the department. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The company has a Compulsory Medical aid that seems to only benefit the company not the agent ,That is paying for medical aid.

The work environment is great, Employees  Displays Respect,Acknowledging, and Passion  values. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Mostly cool and peaceful ,  can be very challenging sometimes.

Can't seem to have any really. The company doesn't acknowledge it's employees, it is literally the worst company I've ever worked for.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Management. They really don't know how to deal with employees and don't have any people skills whatsoever.

Stressful and exhausting. It is really toxic.



What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Depressing. If you are not careful you might end up having mental health issues.

Growth, they also offer bursaries I was one of the beneficiaries.

Sales sales I'm not really a sales person.

So nice they make sure they accommodate every culture they are very big on respecting and accommodate everyone. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Fun there is always something to celebrate the vibe

It was great to work there nice shifts ,stability. Great benefits I started off as a data capturer ,captured the applications. Then did applications over the phone. Was promoted to confirmations department where I approved or declined accounts ,check bank statement or payslips.. Made calls to employers SA and NON SA to confirm applicants employment.Worked hand in hand with the fraud department as many documents tend to be fabricated. Worked correspondence via email approving and declining accounts.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The pressure is not heavy and the environment is chilled 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Yor the late shift and the need to work 2 weeks straight 8 till 8 yo not always make targets

It's what you make of it and the people surround yourself with

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Fun,pleasant but also sometimes mentally challenging
