Taking into consideration the above mentioned statement, a day at work consisted of 80 calls, whereby clients needed to be assisted in policy administration of their insurance policies; anything from changing their home address, to adding as Lamborghini.  Service delivery was the utmost important function of every call. Clients were often given the opportunity to rate calls after their completion. 
I have learned that in order to run such a formidable company, one has to strive for commitment from their employees to ensure that all clients are delivered on their service promises, on time, every time, with a smile.
Management has a very firm hold on their employees at TGS, and often groom up and coming agents into junior assistants, or supervisors. One does have to excel in all fields of their job description before management assigns a larger task. All senior management are constantly been seen on the sale/client services floors, as they want to show their passion for the business, constantly.
The atmosphere at Telesure was more of a friend to friend basis. You would hear the constant laugh of the receptionists or the pleasantries of the call centre agent whilst they are talking to clients. Telesure is a home, away from home; and all colleagues ensure that the new comer is well taken care off from getting a cup hot masala chai, or a pair of new head phones.  
The most adventurous or complicated part of the day was, having to speak to the really elderly clients, who insisted that it was their way or NO way. They believe that they have been loyal customers, and should be rewarded by receiving a 50% discount on their monthly premiums. Needless to say, there were a lot of angry faces in the area of Johannesburg when we had to turn down the discounting requests.
The best part of working at Telesure is the rewarding strategies, which include, but are not limited to: a good salary, incentives, and constant freebees such as microwaves or television sets for every 10 compliments an agent receives. The most personally rewarding part of being a “Telesurian” was having the ability to assist a client when they were in need of a friendly smile or warm words especially after a bad accident or a house break-in.

	Plan and manage the diary of the Executive Head for Enterprise Development 
	Reading, monitoring, preparing and responding to emails on behalf of Executive Head.
	Handling queries from Executive Offices.
	Commissioning work on the Executive Head’s behalf (with direct reports.
	Liaising with Staff, Sponsors and Business Owners within the Enterprise 
	Coordinating and planning of meetings, functions and events: planned scheduled activities, flights reservations, hotel bookings, car hire bookings etc.
	Writing and Compiling of minutes

	Managing of two cost centres – Administrate the billing and tracking of cost

	Correspondence to MANCO Members which includes all  Business Managers and General Managers within the department.

	Managing and maintaining of contracts (Contractors/External Consultants).

	Processing of invoices and quotations.

• Analyze available performance information (e.g. pipeline information, SQA reports and Responstek) to identify performance gaps - align or expand learning plans where appropriate.
• Engage with the relevant SETAs and manage the process of submission of programmes for accreditation if and when required.
• Managing quality assurance processes for relevant training programmes to ensure transfer of learning is taking place and recommend improvements.
• Evaluate effectiveness of learning and development.
• Liaise with external suppliers, where appropriate, to design and deliver fit for purpose quality learning programmes.
• Effective relationship management between business and the Learning Centre. Provide the highest standards of customer service and relationship management.
• Provide accurate monthly and quarterly training reports to business areas.
• Timely and accurate administration on OLM

Telesure is a very great company, individuals are recognised for their hard work, the organisation provides its employees with a very good wellness center that has among other things; a gym facility, a hair salon, an onsite clinic, pysiotherapists on site, an optremitrist on site and a convinient store.

Information is well educated to the employees through TV screens that are placed at work stations and through e-mails.

The employees here conduct themselves in a profesional way and they are always trying to find a better way to things, and they also ensure that they are fair in their operations.

The harderst day at work is when you have to be the bearer of bad news to an employee in a situation where you have to inform them that they ahve lost their jobs, and this is bought on by the realisation that you are nto just dealing with one aspect of the individuals life but you are dealing with their ability to amke an honest living and ability to provide for their dependents.

The most enjoyable part of teh job is when you get recognised for the effort in the team to ensure that the overall goals of the team, HR and Business are met.

Telesure has been a great company to work in. I have gained working experience and have had lots of fun whilst gaining lots of knowledge about the insurance and financial industry. Management has been great towards me as they are very understanding and do not micro management at all. The people I work with are easy going and have become like family to me. In regards to the jobs itself, we have had plenty of ups and downs but im still here and have been loyal to the company. The hardest part of the job would be trying to achieve targets daily, however, that is also probably one of the fun parts of the job as it is never a dull day in the value added products department that I work in.  The most enjoyable part of the job is that we can wear casual daily, we have games like table tennis and foosball which is a great stress reliever and the awards functions are always epic. The salary is something that im not too happy about due to commission structures always changing but never for the better of the agents.

I enjoyed working at Telesure, the atmosphere in the office was fantastic and the people were friendly and supportive.  I learned  many new skills in my time at Telesure, especially concerning customer relations and how to improve on my current skills and qualities.  The company offered various courses throughout my time and I am grateful for these opportunities.  Management was brilliant and everyone worked together as a team assisting each other when needed.  I got along very well with my co-workers and loved sharing my knowledge and also learning from them.  I enjoyed working for this company because not one day was the same and each day had a new challenge and every day I learned something new.  I enjoyed helping other people whether it was a colleague or a client.  There was not really something I did not like other than the fact that I had to resign due to the Company relocating.

Telesure is an enormous corporate company within the Financial Sector, They strive on client service which is a great thing that I agree with In every way, A typical day at work IS WORK I have not found that it has the warmth feeling of a family working together, I know that it might sound silly but I have learnt within previous companies that the stronger the bond and trust between employees and employers the better the end result, I have not been able to connect with Management at the same level I have connected with Previous Managers, there is no compassion shown on an everyday basis, They are target driven and one has to stick to it. The hardest part of my job is making a target of repudiation, I do not agree with the fact that you have to reject a certain amount of claims on a daily basis, if a claim is honest and legit pay the claim! These are honest hardworking people whom go through tragedy in their lives. Most enjoyable part of my job is making a difference in my clients lives, The thank you notes I have received makes it all worth it!!

As we all have different beliefs and the fact that we dont deal with same clients , they differ depending on the situation or the requirement
Having to treat all these people with respect and proffesionalism to make sure they are happy

Hardest part is when i its time to turn the client down, but try and make the client understand due to business policies and procedures and to make sure I still leave the client happy.

The calls roll in like waves of needed help from 8 am to 5 pm, every single day. 
Telesure claims is not one for the faint hearted. 
Having been the originators of short-term insurance, Telesure has one of the largest client bases in the country and that shows in the workloads. 
In efforts to stay ahead of the industry, processes and procedures change overnight but because of these things, I've leaned to work under pressure and adapt to constant change. 
Management play a hands-on role in the claims environment and it shows in the way we do things. 
There is not much time to have fun in the workplace but when we do, we make the most of it. 
The hardest part of the job is definitely difficult customers. 
It's not an issue dealing with a difficult person but it is when a new process was introduced at 8am that morning and 10 other calls are holding. 
The most enjoyable part of the job is the fact that we interact with management as human beings and not superior beings.

I enjoy being able to resolve issues that other people may have given up on or avoid.  statisfaction is acheive is reaching amicable soloutions for both client as well as the company I represent.
I have learned to listern and assess before making any statements, accepting liablity and or making promises that are sometimes unreasonable.  I find work with co-workers/people delivers a much better result than trying to "crack the wip"  The hardest part is having to dispiline people for delberate bad behaviour as I am always sympatheic/ empathetic to human situations that can arise, so when people abuse this, there has to be consiquences, which is sometime very harsh.  I absolutly enjoy conflic resolution.
