-	Tracker Call centre agent
-	Duties: calling up client and performing telephonic sales.

-	Talk sure SA pty Ltd registered financial services provider: Quality assessor grade 2(1st promotion after 3 months)
-	Duties: screening of calls for Miways insurance to determine if agents are compliant with the financial services board(FSB)
-	Talk sure SA: quality assessor grade 1(2nd promotion after 3 months)
Duties: assessing of Tracker calls to determine whether agents are compliant, coaching and development of new staff, performing trend reports. Providing correct feedback to varies departments. Dealing with FSB queries and performing duties in regards to transcripts. Extracting of calls. Training and development for seasoned agents taking them through the processes again and making sure they up to standard to deliver proper sales and quality sales. I act as a support function in all areas of the business to make sure the company up holds its name.

I began in Talksure S A as a sales agent on the 247 campaign. After consistantly achieving target and displaying the right attitude I became a Team Leader.
With continuous motivation, tranfer of skill and achievement of targets I lead a successful team. I then applied for Campaign Manager and  where I oversaw the new starters from the Academy and groomed them into the transition to be successful on the sales floor.
I left Talksure to assist my dad in starting his business and regretfully I made the wrong decision as I have been in the call centre industry for more than 10 years and I find myself unable to use my skills and therefore want to get back into the industry.
Talksure is  the best organisation I have worked for.

The company does offer multiple learning courses, however the senior management drains the life out of you and are very rude and abrupt when speaking to you.  They are very biased and are only good to those who can do things for them on a personal level like buying them stuff.  If you are lucky enough to get promoted...after a few years and increases when your salary reaches a certain level,  they will find ways to fire you or even push you to resign with bad treatment just so they can hire someone else and pay them lesser.  They do not value committment from loyal and hard working staff.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Company ia more focused on getting the leads you make for them and that is why they is a high churn in staff. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Micro managing , under minding and constant meetings. 


What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is very clicky and they are certain people that get looked after.  

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Morning meeting and target check. 
Make calls and follow-ups with client 
Follow-up on deals in the system. 
Negotiate with clients 
Then give reports of what was done during the day

I believe in giving your all in what you do, sometimes when you have a hard day at work, put it behind you and focus and prepare for the next day mentally.

Establish what did work for you and make changes to improve.

Always make your management team proud, never disrespect those higher than you.

Hardest part of the job would be convincing clients who had bad experiences with other companies. That's when you really have to sell yourself and the product.

Knowing that i have done my best throughout my day, and won over clients that seemed impossible to get close.

Marathon shifts but you wouldn't feel the stress whyl at work

It was always nice to be at work

The hardest part is the salary it's too small for entry levels, the environment is friendly,the culture is fantastic,the Job is alright if you dedicate yourself.

Outbound Call Centre agent. handling high call volumes of about 80-100 a day. Call potential customers to describe services offered. explain to customers how the company can help them not just sell to them. follow up with customer leads or previous customers. Maintained a polite and professional telephone manner. Developed personal organization and multitasking skills in a fast paced environment
