Working at Tailormade Solution from 2017 to 2025 was one of the most impactful chapters of my professional journey. Over the eight years I spent with the company, I experienced tremendous growth — starting in an operational role and ultimately being promoted to Regional Operations Manager, while also entrusted with responsibilities as a Business Development Manager.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Management have trust in their employees and don't micro manage
They are always their for support but have enough faith in their staff to trust their opinion

Thinking on your feet and make the correct decisions while keeping the company's name high and satisfying the needs of the clients

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Multitasking to keep your staff and the client happy

Traveling to different locations workplace culture at the stores were good very helpful I learn a lot about customers service merchantdesing etc.The management is very poor with lack of communication always issues when it comes to pay and favouritism.

We need more highly skilled companies that can build me up as i want. My task is too visit the clients and make show that I'm keeping them happy @ all time like if they need staff from us as recruiting agency,be there in time and collective of time sheet (PO) and signing of invoices GMVs (stamped) ect.

I learned a lot at this company . I was doing a leadership but ended up helping in payroll department . The management was very good it was easy to approach them. I really enjoyed being there. I ended up being paid for what I was doing since I was on learnership

Fantastic people to work for and with. Must be able to multi-task and be commited to supplying clients with recruits at a drop of a hat. Attention to detail is also required.

The company offers opportunities to work in different roles. provides training for new system. Sometimes you need to work under pressure but will have relaxed days as well. Potential for growth very slim. 

Worst agency one can work under, there's favoritism and management lacks communication. 

Everything looks and feels dodgy. They have over 200 call centre agents but book the same agents over again which others are told excuses. 


It's all work but when it's time to get paid it's like the hand pick the days for you to get paid on and that's really frustrating cause everyone has something going for them and they seem to forget that especially when it's time for them to pay you.
