What is the best part of working at the company?
Interacting with the stuff and customers. Carrying out my duties with ease, because of the people around you are friendly and helpful. Ensuring customers are happy. I really enjoyed working at the company. Following the rules makes things easier. Boss's and managment always easy to work with as long as your work is done and up to date. I love being organised just made my job that much easier and easy to work with others.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
when we have alot of orders and trying to get them out. But we do it cause we can.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Sometimes stressfull but you work with good people and we all work together and everything gets done. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Coming in the morning I'm taking orders via tele sales and email getting those orders to stuff to take out ensuring pricing is done for certain customers. Giving customers feed back on their orders (price changes/ no stock etc.).

We performed different types of tasks on every department. business operates at 8am we get a 15min tea break and 30min launch break, end of business is 16:30.
I've learned more about product knowledge, customer service, sales representative duties, various management duties, exhibitions, how the business operates and many skills
The management was poor in most cases, unprofessional and resistant to change, other than that one had to force them selves to obtain relevant experience.
We worked in a very unhealthy work environment, but most of core workers made it possible to insure that we create fun space amongst our selves and customers
Working under pressure could be one of the hardest part
We get a 2 hours launch every Friday, which gave me the opportunity to exercise and do other activities

Team work was always inverted customer service be doing most.
Positive attitudes built by difficult customers always applying Student mentality

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When it comes to stock taking, Trading stock on hand and Trading stock at the beginning in most cases they did not correspondence we do find stock deficit

Easily to adapt the environment

How we could raise up new strategies to keep the sales of the business in record

You always learn new things,and the company gives lot of opportunities to grow within.

The work is growing daily,and new challenges and changes of things makes it a little bit stressing.

The working environment is professional and respectful, while making sure every one has a say and new ideas. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Not even a single day becomes a challenge,but everyday gives u more time to learn and grow.

FOR ME A TYPICAL DAY AT WORK IS WHEN I GET TO MEET DIFERENT PEOPLE FROM DISGNATED GROUPS SUCH AS CHINEES PEOPLE ANS I LEARNED DIFERENT PERSONALITIES AND HOW TO DEAL WITH THEM DIFERENTLY. OUR MANAGEMENT IS VERY STRICT BUT REASONABLE,THE HARDEST PART OF MY JOB IS WHEN OREDERS ARE COMING IN ALL AT ONCE AND EVERY CUSTOMER WANTS HIS/HER'S TO BE DONE FIRST AND THEY ARE CALLING IN NONE STOP SCREANIN AND COMPLAINING.THE MOST ENJOYABLE PART IS WHEN I HAVE THEM ALL UNDER CONTROL AND WIN THEM OVER TO BE OUR FULL TIME CUSTOMER.

Be able to learn to work with different nationals with different cultures, it's fun. Also be able to work with lot of course employees and seeing new faces almost everyday. Most, be able to help customers to get the products they looking for and be able to market the products and convince customers to but them everyday.

At Tfs you work Monday to Saturday sometimes Sunday if it's busy times like December,the work is hard and always busy but the salary is too small,Managers will tell you to work overtime but they won't pay for it.TFS is the most successful business but the workers are not happy

Enjoyed working there, thing is  I referred by  college. The company did  provide the practical  in HUMAN RESOURCE as was expected. And the company did write  s recommendation letter for me to receive my diploma . Now am await  for the diploma.

Good working conditions on the bulk , good communication ,good management and I would like to work there again part time since I'm a student at MUT university in Durban.

TFS wholesale is very productive but there is no acknowledgement of employees and employees benefits,also staff recognition and tea and lunch time problems
