What is a typical day like for you at the company?
from 08:00 to 17:00 start with opening the day on the system. walk around checking health and safety counting and capturing the stock investigating if the is any variances. shift preparation which include transfering of stock, plaining for the day and  making sure that our are welcome with warm hands.

It is an admin intense environment

It is a beautiful open and transparent culture environment and we always have screenings which we always look forward to

Everything is timed if you don't plan and check properly a lot can got wrong but if you plan and check everything runs like a well oiled machine.

The best part was interacting with customers,team work experience

Restructuring the company , cutting of hours due to business struggling with content

Environment was okay but it should have been improved

I had daily duties, test to run at the morning, midday and afternoon to achieve quality products

They have created flexible hours for everyone which is good looking at the state of our country.But there is no growth and management is always not willing to give a helping hand to assist or even get you to the next level in terms of recognizing your hardwork or potential.To grow ,you will have to gossip with management or suck up to them to be recognized.No culture at all as management is on their own and employees are on their own

A typical day at work consisted of bad managing coping mechanism that only lead to increased stress. 
A constant reminder from superiors that they "control" you, like you're an animal that needs to be controlled! 
Nothing challenging about the job. It was a privilege to engage with customers on a regular. Majority of them are really friendly. 
Workplace culture are ruined by poor management; they're hypocrites.

It is important to be trusted and transparent to employees so they can also show loyalty and be productive on a daily basis. 
Business values are the most important fundamental principles to be followed by all employees starting from the top as an examplary .

I am currently working as an MSE and the treatment from management is unprofessional and those long hours and less pay while you have to be okay with the disrespect from the MSS. I wouldn't advice anyone to work at Sterkinekor Cresta mall
I learnt working under pressure and dealing with difficult customers

I love what I do and I enjoy it a lot plus I'm a movie person I love entertainment,plus I've learned working as a team.The hardest part of this job is when you came across a difficult guest who's very angry especially more about the age restrictions but at the end of the day I love my job and I'm good at.

It's not as busy as it was before covid.
I learned working with customers alot even those mean and rude ones,how to seal with them.
Manangement didn't treat us the same.
The hardest part of the job was when a move is fully booked you worked under pressure and tried you best that everyone gets in side on time.
You work crazy hours and get paid very less


9am to 10pm shifts
assisting customers and ensuring the have a magical experience at ster kinekor
learned how to tackle challenges under pressure, to be a team player and work independently as well
most enjoyable part is meeting and engaging with new people on a daily.
