LIASON PRODUCTION SCHEDULE WITH PLANNING TEAM AND TOP MANAGEMENT ACCORDING TO CLIENTS SPECIFICATIONS.  MAINTAINING THE Q.C STANDARDS OF CLIENTELE SUCH AS HITACHI, BELCHATOW, BILFINGER POWER SOLUTIONS.

My day at work is always pre-planned, meaning that I always know a day ahead what I will be doing the next day. 
I have learned that commitment on job is very important in a way that it make your own life easier. 
I believe that by having a close relationship with your management helps any employee to do well at well at work. I think every employee need his/her manager to know what he/she can or cannot do. Well, sometimes it maybe difficult to have that kind of relationship with your manager because you do not see things the same way, but as soon as you sit and communicate about it you end up coming with a solution. Job management is what every employee is been hired for, and in my case I make sure all the job that has been assigned to is done accordingly and in that expected time.
I am team player myself, and I enjoy working with people therefore, I respect everyone that I work with. I think most exciting thing is that my co-workers are also showing respect to me and that is what kept me for so long in this company.
The hardest thing about my work is that, you work under lot of stress and pressure from the management. Sometimes you have to sacrifice your family time for work because certain work is required to completed urgently. You spend most of the time away from family because you would be asked to go help on another site for certain period.
The most enjoyable part of my job is that you get to know lot of people in a different places and you get to learn a lot about the working environment of other sections.

Typical day at work is making sure that my daily production planning is in line with the Project planned schedules, Making sure that employees on the shop floor don't run out of work. Expecting phone calls from Production Manager to assist with material issues encountered.

I learnt to focus on my work irrespective of circumstances at work such as retrenchments. This job taught me to learn a new thing each day in order to develop the interest of my job further.

Our Management strives to keep their employees up to date with what is happening in the company, i.e. wellness day, annual medicals and etc. 

As co-workers, we try to assist each other to achieve a certain target, we believe in team work. My Co-workers and I keep each other motivated, we laugh hard and work hard. 

Hardest part about my job is that, where the company is located there is no public transport. I have to rely on other employees who are driving their own private cars. There is no career development plan for employees.  

The most enjoyable part about my job is knocking off at 12 pm on Fridays and working with people that I constantly learn a lot from.

AM EXPIRIENCING LOTS OF CHALLEGE BUT AM ENJOYING MY WORK SO MUCH AND ITS ALWAYS A BUSY DAY FOR AT WORK BUT I LIKE THE CHALLEGE....I'VE LEARNED SO MUCH ON HOW YOU A PLANNING,MAKING REPORT,MANANGING MA SCEDUAL AT WORK COMMUNICATING WITH PEOPLE,ALSO ON HOW YOU CAN MANAGE YOUR TASK AND DEADLINES.

I HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION WITH MY CO--WORKERS AND I ENJOY EACH CHALLEGE THAT I GET AND M LOVING IT.MY JOD IS NOT HARD AT ALL I DO BEST IN MY WORK.

I LEARNED SO SO MUCH TO WORK IN A BIG INDUSTRIAL COMPANY WITH LOT OF PEOPLE AT ALL TIME AND COPING WITH THE HOURS THAT WE ARE WORKING. AM ALWAYS BUSY AT WORK AND AM A HARD WORKER,FAST LEARNER,LIKE A CHALLEGE,ALSO PECERVERANCE. I HAVE LEARNED ALOT FROM THIS COMPANY AND FOR MY EXPIRIENCE I CAN USE IN FUTURE,ALSO I HAVE GROW IN THE COMPANY. I LIKE TO GET EXPIRIENCED FROM ANOTHER COMANY SO THAT I CAN USE MY SKILL THAT I'VE GAIN IN THIS COMPANY. THIS IS THE BEST EXPIRINCED THAT I'VE GAIN IN THIS COMPANY.

Typical day at work,the day start with safety talk,attend progress meeting with steinmuller co-workers,then from the meeting with the client to give the feedback of the ongoing Job, after that i go to site and check actualy the physical state of work, later on ill be on my email communicating with the client and the big bosses of my company about the progress and from there i have meeting with the planner to discuss the the current progress and the plan for the next day,. managing people,resource,and communication,and planning, management i think was good from my side,even the guys ill report to they were good, co-workers they were co-operative, hardest part having to work mon-sunday in most of the time of the project, enjoyable part is when the job is progressing well that makes me happy nothing more,also when the problems we have are resolved

1) Review data packs  and compile , Perform inspections as per Client Instruction or Scopes. MCS meating every day.

2) Make double sure before you make a decision, it can be right or wrong and can cost your company lot of money.

3) Have a good management system , all work fall in place.Know what they want with good comunication skills to the employees.

4) Sometimes you struggle with them to perform that you gave them. End up in a big fight or descussion and at the end you have to perform the task. Co-workers can be alot of fun to work with.

5) Is to make sure all the scopes work been perform in the certain time period thats been given on the outage.Compile all datapacks , to handed a COC in.

6) Like solving problems or opsticals in the way and to over come them. Like to use by brain to think all the time.

Seeing to staff enquiries.
Communicating with other departments with in the company regarding Staff.
Booking of the staffs hours for the site.
Booking allowances for the staff.
Seeing to all enquiries from management.
Registering new empoyees on the BioMetrics clocking system.
Following up on previous employees and checking that they have been created on the system and that all the info is correct.
Doing monthly recons for the salary employees regarding overtime and allowances.
Booking new employees into guest houses and arranging transport for them.
Ordering Lunch for those who qualify

Typical workday would be Plant walkdowns, Yard cleanups or preparation for shutdowns in the workshop. Keeping the Safety System running.

I had to learn patience due to indecisevness.
I have also gained an enormous amount of knowledge about the Power Stations as a whole.

Management and workers have to support everybody.

Workplace culture was one of we first work and then play, sharing, caring and supportive teamwork.

The hardest part were that one cannot really plan anything personal due to unexpected work coming up, and availability of workforce.

The most enjoyable part would I think be the paycheck and overtime.

Steinmuller Africa is a supportive company that believes there's no stupid question and there's no one who knows everything that's why we worked as a team to produce best results

Overtimes due to outage you must come there ready to work overtimes at any time
