Did work beyond my pay grade, was trained and supported by my co-work, with no support from management yet kept throwing me project after project. Management lied to me, saying they will offer me a contract as a reward for my will to go always go the extra mile (as received work after hours, that had ready in the morning and even worked during weekends with my own data...) there's work I did that am yet to be compensated for to date.

Management is very supportive and sensitive to personnel.
Enjoy learning new ways of doing things.
Organisational culture allows people of all races, background and political arenas to have freedom of speech, but sensative to cultural differences and religious beliefs.

Some micromanagement from senior management. Balanced work/life environment. The university is digitally empowered and is thus very focused on technology. Good salary and benefits.

A typical day at work is quiet. It was a place where i could finish my doctoral studies, and helped me extensively with data science. The hardest part of the job is there is no opportunity for growth.

The tutor role allowed me to gain experience on how to manage time and assisted me to improve my communication skills and also to work with people from different backgrounds.
